Room offer lagoon view on 3 rd floor looking so gorgeous view ,room is clean ,no worry even your room assignment far from lobby but still convenient there are buggy services always available and friendly staff to assist you every need .

Check in : We booked 2 nights under Trip.com but when we checked in - "Concierge" came along and personally helped us to check-in - but he seemed surprised or confused the booking is 2 nights - maybe their system showed 1 night? But later, the next day, when we took the buggy to return to our room - we found ourselves "locked out" - the card key didn't work. Could it be their system still registered us for one night; hence, need to reactivate another night? Called and one staff came to unlock the door but we requested the hotel to send us the "card key that will work" as we didn't want to buggy back and forth just to solve this key problem ( which was not our fault). Hotel shuttle : Need to register to take hotel shuttle to Central shopping mall - which is only once a day at 1 pm. First use was fine - only the return trip we were fetched by a staff who personally drove a car to pickup 4 passengers ( who just managed to fit in nicely!) However, the 2nd time we used - in spite of having registered to take the shuttle - the driver drove off without checking any more people waiting at the lobby seats where one of us was seated, thinking that it's not exactly 1 pm yet. I happened to be outside taking photo in order to submit my review to this Trip.com Review. I saw the minivan left and went chasing after it but driver didn't seem to notice. I quickly alerted my husband inside and staff on duty quickly communicated to Security Gate to stop the minivan?? The van came back to pick us up. If not, there would be a big complaint! By the way, the previous day, we actually waited at the van parked there in case it went off without us! Swimming Pool - a small one near the restaurant where we had our buffet breakfast everyday. Hubby didn't want to swim because he said it's small compared to 2 previous hotel pools we swam? Our room : near the boat marina - no view, no lift. But we could see some fishes swimming at the boardwalk. TV channels: a few international channels and the rest Thai channels. Only disappointment was didn't realise they do not have CNA - Channel News Asia! Because it was an important afternoon to tune in as we wanted to watch the Singapore Parliament live Budget Speech! Thought we could call the technician to fix it but technicians came and confirmed there's no CNA channel so we had to rely on our tiny handphones to listen to important good news we were expecting!

Breakfast is not good. Waitresses at the coffee shop are not friendly. Amenities in the room are insufficient such as no razor is provided. I will not consider to stay at the hotel again. Airport pick up service charge is too high which is baht 1,200 as compared to grab of Baht550. The van is also dirty. Staff at the reception desk are helpful though,

very unfriendly at the reception. had a long journey of 24 hours. didn't sleep. asked to be allowed into the room 2 hours earlier to shower. and we had to pay for an extra day for that

From the time I arrived till I departed, I was nothing short of being impressed with the facilities and the service provided by the team over here...now this is my go-to place of stay when I am in Phuket! The rooms are spacious, the favourite part is actually the shampoo, conditioner and body showers gel, it's one of the best I have used, felt like I came out from a spa. The housekeeping team also ensured that my room was extremely clean. The restaurant staff were so warm and friendly, which is a rarity nowadays. The front office and concierge team was consistent, providing warmth in their service, and was thoughtful to my needs. Thank you team! I will be back 100% Cheers

The first day checked in the hotel inform us they do upgrading room for us which is old apartment. Not as what we booked based on the picture. The apartment was super old and lots of m mosquito. We request to change the room and the receptionist name Frank telling us they are fully booked. My sister was trying to help talk to them and the way they said not so good. Sounds like a bit rude. After the complaint they let us change the room which is exactly what we booked from the picture online. Attached some of the pics of first room then the second room The pics of the second one is what is the room I selected when I booked. The first room we had was also 5 mins walk to the gym and the pool and for breakfast as well! Pics 1 2 and 3 as from room which was a long way away and had lots of mosquitoes in it. The rest are from the room which we should have had from start! Over all once in the correct room it was a nice hotel and a nice place to stay. Just a shame about the first night and room.
