Situated in the hub of Patong Mei Jarr makes exploring Patong Beach very easy. However the hotel itself is on a decline. The beds aren’t comfortable, the furniture is old and even the plastic chairs on the balcony aren’t clean. The WiFi is problematic, the owners need to take responsibility for a lot. The highlights FRONT DESK AND SERVICE STAFF! These are the people keeping this hotel afloat! They go over and beyond to meet the requirements of guests who are constantly angry because of one thing or another. I spent time at receptions watching them in action. Thai people are always the highlight of my Thailand trips and the reason I’ll always return to Phuket. Nicky from front desk added to my Thai people treasure! A beautiful soul in and out. She was kind throughout our stay, I watched her being pulled from all directions and she kept her poise and smile. With limited facilities she made my daughter’s birthday beautiful with her kindness. She is a treasure, I hope the owners of the hotel spend even one day watching what she has to deal with and improve the amenities of the hotel to help the working lives of their staff! The views from the rooftop pool are amazing but the pool needs extra cleaning, it was sandy even the kids didn’t want to use it which is a bummer because they love swimming. I’ll always return to Patong, but probably not to this hotel unless they do some major renovations. The breakfast is mid, it’s not a buffet you can get better and cheaper a few steps away.

The hotel is quite nice for that price. Everything is very cheap. Nice swimming pool is on the roof top. With a pice sea view.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at no English at all the room was not same as advertised I basically hated it

This is the worst experience since I’m traveling ! This is not a 4* star hotel it’s a 3*, and when you say it’s not what is saying on the website they tell you the reservation is not refundable ! The room is not clean and the room and the rest of the hotel it’s really poor !

No understanding, no quick reply -i booked 22 and i want to change it to 23 i contacted hotel they agree but i have to check with trip.com they were okay too but when they send an emil to hotel they refused -they concern is mony not guest satstifcation no big difference between them and 3 star hotel they 3 star i am staying with now is clean and the service and staff are very good

Quite location, but short walk to everything that is happening. Friendly hotel staff, room was very tidy and spacious, bed was hard for me and wifi was hot and missing working in the room. Overall stay was great. Breakfast was great, all you can eat, exceptional staff looking after you on the first meal of the day.

everything was near but counter staff was very rude when i wanted to extend for late check out.

Absolutely loved this place. Location is so close to Otop where I love to eat. Got to give a shout out to the cleaning staff because the place looks fantastic. The rooftop pool is amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and location only complaint is what they charge for water in the room is ridiculously over priced.

Noisy as hell. Imagine during 3:45am the boomboxed tuktuk scaring you with a sudden, and the receptionist don’t even try to give a hand. ( even though I can clearly see two doors of two rooms that are not that close to main road are opened. And I requested that I just need a sleep without touching any items. ) - Please, do not choose a nightmare room just because it is cheap. And why I am assigned to a room so closed to the Main Street even though I check-in as early as 11:45am?

It was on the side of the street and we couldn't sleep until morning with the sound of tuk tuk, but it had good access to the beach and the center of Petong.
