Awesome hotel. The best thing was the staff. Very nice people. Location was good. However, Halal food options were not available nearby.

This hotel surprised me in everything. Location is excellent crossing read to the beach and surronded by everything tourists need like restaurants shops spa ..ect. Rooms are very beautiful , pool very nice , breakfast in the best location with sea view🤩everything in this hotel is 5/5

An okay resort. Beautiful access to the beach (Just credos the road--3 mins and you are there. The rooms are nice, comfy and big. we were on the second floor so we didn't have a pool or ocean view but the room was still awesome to wake up to. Reception is friendly even though they couldn't check us in before 3. There are two main restaurants hangouts. pool; one and roadside one with beach across.We enjoyed our stay here. The pool is magnificent and the food it very very pretty decent. No 711 closely nut they have another mart.

Excellent value for money. Karon Beach is literally a few steps away. Friendly staff. We checked in an hour earlier without additional payment. The territory is well maintained. Clean pools. For a 3 star hotel, excellent breakfasts. I recommend.

This hotel is situated just across the Karon Beach so it was really convenient to just walk up to the beach or even have a run since there are pavements suitable for walking/running by the road. Kata area is just next door and just about a 300-500m walk away. Many food and massage shops around the area, just a short 1-2 minute walk away so it is really convenient. The hotel is quite clean however most of the building is under major renovation. Rooms were cold enough, definitely a treat coming in from the heat. I believe if the hotel wasn't under major renovation, it would have been an absolute retreat. There are many pools but only 1 was available to be used while we were there. I think the hotel should put out a disclaimer about having major renovations so that people know what to expect. We read through some reviews mentioning the renovations that were going on, but we didn't expect it to be major renovations that look like it would take many many months. I guess it would be good to check with the hotel to see if you plan to stay here anytime soon. We didn't spend our day time at the hotel knowing that renovations would be going on so the noise didn't really bother us. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had some issues with our toilet and they came quite quickly to fix it. The breakfast had quite a good selection and we enjoyed our food. I would actually come back to stay once all the renovations are done.

The location of the hotel was wonderful just across the karon beach. Nice breakfast and pool. but bit busy with russin tourist.

Very near to the beach, prime location and easy to find restaurants and of course halal food too. Tuktuk just one call away. Suitable for families... my kids really love the pool..

It was good with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Only had free wifi in the lobby and not in the rooms. Felt like a budget airline that was trying to milk every cent. At the same time though, you could leave the aircon on while not in the room. That's where you guys can save money.

The breakfast was nice, but as it is a very large hotel there was always a queue to get the food. Maybe they should have two people making the eggs during high season.
