Staff available and courteous
Room clean and quiet; air con TV fridge hot water all functioning well
Hotel position is excellent, located on the beach waterfront
Many restaurants, massage, pharmacy, shops (even a 7 - 11) within walking distance

The most terrible experience in my entire life!!!!!!
Receptionist steals money blackmailing client to get more money than they have already paid saying that if you don’t pay, they will kick you out and in high season is difficult to find a hotel . Plus, if you call the police, they will not do anything to help you. Beside this:
All the rooms are disgusting.
DIRTY MOLD AND BAD SMELL EVERYWHERE

Extremely bad check-in experience:
1. Dishonest business practices: I booked a king-sized room with a 1.8-meter bed, but what I got was a triple room pieced together from a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.3-meter bed.
2. Misleading advertising: The room pictures showed a balcony, but in reality, it was next to a hallway. There was no sunlight during the day, and it felt unsafe at night. There was no key card access; it was a physical key, and you had to deadbolt it from the inside when leaving.
3. Outdated facilities: There was no hot water the night I checked in. The next morning, only scalding hot water came out, and it couldn't be adjusted.
4. Poor service: They neither changed my room nor addressed the issues. Absolutely terrible. Everyone, please avoid this place.

The hotel staff were very kind, and the location was perfect — right by the beach, making access super easy. The place was overall clean and comfortable.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t very good. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Best wiev ever. You can have a picturesque view from two rooms 301 and 306. In general the hotel is old but has its own atmosphere. If you are lucky to book the rooms with the view on the sea, I will enjoy it!

Amazing location right on the beach front.
My room had a good sized balcony which overlooked the sea and it was amazing.
Standard of the rooms was fairly basic, with a very basic bathroom.
Great place to stay for location, but room for improvement on the rest

If you are looking for a place that is nearby the beach with very kind and attentive host. You should come to this hotel. The best experience will be view. Get a room that has the sea view as it will be better quality, and a better experience. If you are not to picky with places, and also want to save some money, this is your perfect spot! It doesn’t have an elevator, so if you bring a lot of suitcase to make sure that they’re not too heavy as you will have to carry them up.

Positives:
The receptionist was very kind throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. They also provide extra towels for swimming, which can be exchanged daily. Additionally, the location is quite good if your main goal is beach time.
Negatives:
The price-to-value ratio is absolutely poor, but we booked too late, so we had to come here. It was clear from the photos that it wasn’t the newest place…
We bought mosquito repellent, disinfectant wipes, and cockroach spray at 7/11, which made things more bearable. The toilet is right next to the shower with no ventilation, so the entire bathroom floods after every shower. However, we got used to this quickly—what bothered us more was the cockroaches.
A small tip: you can avoid this by blocking the gap under the door with one of the towels. After doing that, we didn’t encounter any more cockroaches.
All in all: If the two nights had been €80 or €100 instead of €185, I could understand these issues. However, I’ve stayed in many places in Thailand for less than this price, and they were much higher in quality than this one.
