موظف الاستقبال الرجال تعامله مو كويس اعطانا غرفة في اخر المبنى ومطلة على الاكشاك والمطاعم السفلية وريحة سيئة وازعاج مع العلم حجزت الفندق من قبل شهرين المفروض يوفر لنا غرفة موقعها كويس وغير اني لمن كنت ابي كرت اضافي للغرفة اتصلت على الاستقبال وردت علي موظفة الاستقبال وانا بالغرفة قالت لي تعال اللوبي نعطيك رحت عند نفس موظف الاستقبال الي تعامله سيء وطلبت منه الكرت قلي لا ما اقدر اعطيك هذا فعلا يدل على تعامله الغير لبق مع العلم وانا بالغرفه قالولي تعال تحت نعطيك

This hotel has boxing school downstair
(the owner is the son of the hotel owner)
The staff already warn him but he claim he is the son of the hotel owner. So, he do not have to listen to anyone and they also can do nothing about it

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. When I checked in, they told me that I needed to wait for my room it was not ready. When I went back to check over an hour later, it still was not. It took hours for the room to get ready, and when I got settled inside, I noticed any ants, including in the bed. They switched my room immediately, but I was still a bit sore it took so long to ready the room for it to not be liveable. However, I do appreciate the immediate response to my concern. The roof is very large, but the pool area is not. Still great views, however.

Fantastic room and great location! The room was a great size with huge bed and bath. The house keeping was very high quality. The location is right by the beach and bar streets. Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was but we mostly ate out. We asked for a quiet room and staff helped us with that.

Such. A good location near Patong beach, the room is spacious and quiet, very modern. Staff are well trained. Breakfast is 300 baht, sufficient enough, not many choices. The only problem is water temperature in the shower, one minute it is hot and then cold. Swimming pool on the top roof is so NOT as it looks in the pictures,

The hotel is so good! The room was big and clean. Cleaning every day. So close to the beach! Just cross the road and here you are. Breakfast was amazing! Really a lot if different food, so everybody can choose what they like. Wifi was workinv in the room in a good way! Tv as well! On the roof the swimming pools were working, but one area was closed. Maybe that area opens only for high season. But without that area it was still great! Definitely will come back here one day 😁😁 The only minus was that on balcony our clothes were not drying at all, cause the window was small and it was going inside (between the 2 hotel buildings) and there was a roof between the buildings, so, there was no any ventilation. So, the clothes were getting smelly instead of drying. 🤦🏼♀️ But there are other areas with opened balconies, so, maybe in those rooms there is no such a problem.
