The place is great and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Still, I believe that a place that has such a great facility and pleasant atmosphere could be a little more extra care on some particulars. I didn’t had any big issues but in suite pools do require more attention on cleaning and maintenance and there were small details like forgetting to put clean face towels (the first ones were removed after the first night and none was put back until the end of the trip). Also refill of shower gel and shampoo. As I said small things and details that you expect taking into account the upscale level of this hotel. On the other hand, front desk staff and F&B were absolutely great! I recommend it if you want a place to relax, find peace and be a little in touch with nature although 5 min walk from beach and busy district. It’s really a “oasis” in the center of the now hustle bustle Kata that, honestly, have had better days.

I adore this place. Beautiful private pool, extremely comfortable bed, great breakfast with lots of options and probably my favorite - it’s close to the beach and restaurants but is a bit tucked away in its own little oasis. Staff is wonderful and helpful as well. I loved my stay and can’t wait to return.

It was 99% positive experience. 1% is a man from reception who is in charge of our check out. This person accused me and my wife for stealing bamboo slippers. In fact that slippers was a present from check in manager. Slippers price is around 2 or 3 dollars total and I don't need it at all. Not now nor then. But present is present and i collect it as a gift. Than checkout guy took it rfom my bag. All i want now is to buy this hotell and fire all guys from customer service. This is the story about how one person ia able to spoil one perfect week in just one last minute. I never forget the shame and tears of my wife.

This was a nice facility. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and there were several options. It was great having a private pool and a bit more space. If you’re looking for an area outside of Patong that also has restaurants and bars, this could be a good fit. The price is great if you’re looking for a private pool. However, for the price point I found myself questioning whether I would have preferred a smaller room in another resort with sea view and a few more amenities. One issue was that they couldn’t make all of the drinks on their menu. They could only make mojito, Cuba libre or gin tonic. Aside from that, the food options for room service took an insane amount of time to arrive. We waited two hours to receive two sandwiches. We ended up just going elsewhere for food and drinks which is fine, but maybe they should adjust their menu and/or increase service capabilities. Overall I enjoyed the facility. I would maybe enjoy it more with a family or small group of friends.

Hotel is clean and staffs are all friendly. Food also nice.but some furniture are old. I totally enjoyed my trip

酒店環境很好，出行也挺方便的，附近吃的地方很多，711要稍微有點路但還可以接受，離卡塔海灘很近，房間裏的游泳池晚上很漂亮，小盆友玩得很開心！早飯自助的選擇不多，是點餐制，每人可以早上點個主食，我們每天都點了不一樣的，味道都不錯。

服務態度很好，主動不夠，早餐是點餐，衹有一份，而且品種較少，從邁考海灘萬豪轉場過來，感覺餐食差距太大，整體設施一般，去海灘步行10分鐘，附近有個小美食集市可以解決吃飯，味道不錯價格美麗，衹是連續幾天沒有晴天，不是多雲就是陣雨，海浪很大特別要注意安全，希望大家開心😊

一言難盡。帶了小朋友，入住的時候讓加個嬰兒床，告知我門和房間太小放不下嬰兒床，實在沒想到都叫別墅了，連嬰兒床都放不下。吃早飯的地方我連續觀察了三天，空調都開的28度，可能是不想讓住客吃太久太多吧。 讓人感覺最不舒服的是，由於我老婆把機票買成了5月31號回國，而我當時酒店訂到了6月1號，就跟攜程客服溝通能不能取消最後一晚，給我反饋的是酒店不同意，我就找酒店工作人員當面溝通，還是不同意，我讓他請示領導，過了一會找了個自稱經理的人來，反覆跟我強調下了訂單就是簽了合同，要遵守合同，而且為了證明不是歧視中國人，給我舉了一個例子:一個阿拉伯人訂了半個月的房間，結果發現得了腦瘤，找他們退錢，依然是不退，最後人家提供了醫院各種證明材料，耗了三個月，也就僅僅退了一半的房錢。我知道經理是為了用這個例子向我説明，腦瘤都衹能退一半，你這種情況就不要想退錢了。可我聽完衹會覺得酒店從管理層到員工，都毫無同情心並且充滿了傲慢。 當天晚上我又寫了一段話讓攜程發給酒店，希望真正有權利做決定的人能看到，而不是找個穿人字拖自稱經理的人來敷衍我。最後得到的反饋依然是不同意。 第一次在攜程寫評價，希望給準備住這家酒店的同胞一個參考，反正以後我是不可能住這個牌子的酒店了。 第一張圖是我讓攜程轉給酒店的話，第二張圖是我離店時寫給酒店的。

屬於別墅住房，每個房間都帶泳池，就是整體空間有點小，其他都很不錯，出門就有很多餐廳，步行5分鐘就能到卡塔沙灘

酒店很好 但是早餐樣數不多 並且我們仨吃完第一頓早飯後全部拉肚子了

這是我體驗過最好的酒店服務之一，不僅服務員從頭到尾幫你拿行李，甚至都有專車送到門口，房間也是讓我有度假的感覺。值得推薦！
