The jacuzzi suite was a serene haven with breathtaking views, plush comforts, and thoughtful touches that made our special occasion feel truly extraordinary. The hotel is big and packed with great facilities like a game room, gym, and three pools. The service is excellent. The only downside is that it’s not right by the beach—you’ll need about a 5–10 minute car ride to get there.

Hotel is clean. Customer service is very helpful. Dropoff with buggy is very fun !

Overalls are not bad but many points need to be improved, it's a bit disappointed. First of all, I pay for the jacucci oom but I don't want to use it at all, it's old and dirty, floor is full of leaves and ants, I can understand if the leaves fall on after I checked in the room, however, they don't sweep them before hand the room to customer. When I have lunch in their restaurant, our glass still empty after placing an order until I ask for water, they finally served me a bottle of mineral water, I don't mind to pay but at least tell me for the choice. While waiting for the food, they bring the desserts, but the appetizer and main course haven't come.....I told them to bring the desserts back. The swimming pool is quite small, not much sun lounger, during weekdays should be fine but weekends should be busy.... The game room is quite good but air-condition is poor, it's like in steam room. Last thing is in the early morning, 7am, someone knocked our door said front desk said we want to check out.....we said it's not us, we are still sleeping.

We were genuinely impressed when we arrived at the resort. It has a luxurious and elegant vibe, yet remains reasonably priced. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious—perfect for a family of four. The resort features three pools: one large main pool with scenic forest views for all guests, and two quieter, adults-only pools. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering just the right variety with fresh, high-quality ingredients. While it’s located a bit outside the main town, after spending one night in the Patong chaos, the peaceful setting quickly became one of our favorite aspects. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was great .. 8 min to patong beach .. karon beach is close too. The staff was friendly and warm The reception staff sometimes were not as friendly I asked for plastic bags and they said we dont give them for free . Its for 150 baht .. the golf cart guys are amazing

Love everything about this hotel!  The location is good ! Got 7E just nearby. Staff are really helpful, very friendly  Will come again for sure!

The stay was very comfy! There are 3 pools so it’s not hard to find sunbeds. The bar by the pool was very nice. It’s 15 mins ride to Central Patong. It’s good to be staying here as this had much more privacy & quieter than the resorts right next to the beach. Perfect for family/ couples as you can enjoy quiet evenings. There were also complimentary group classes like Muay Thai, Tai Chi, Yoga etc.

Very good breakfast and all the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to meet my request. Peaceful surroundings and excellent architecture design. Nice retreat!

Avista is a beautiful property away from the hustle bustle of the regular Patong town and great views. Our rooms were in building 3 and building 4 and were amazing facing the pool. The best part of our stay was the service by the amazing staff across the restaurant, room service, pool and receptions. Thank you for a wonderful staff.

Tucked away little far off from the busy Patong area on the mountain side. Very welcoming reception area and buggies are available all day for assistance with luggage and getting to and from your room. If you need accessibility, this hotel isn’t for you. Designed of hotel is not infant/stroller and wheelchair friendly. Very steep layout and walking around could get confusing/lost.

Perfect hideaway from the busy tourist places. Rooms are spacious and new, the housekeeping is on spot. The staff are friendly and caring. This place has 3 pools and each one has it best appeal.

The hotel is not located close to the main street, but we were aware of this when booking. We rented a motorcycle next to the hotel, which helped solve the issue of its poor location. The overall architecture and scale of the hotel are good, but the operations and details are disappointing, wasting the original design and the brand’s upscale image. The facilities and decor are somewhat outdated and lack proper maintenance and repairs. Every time I used the sink, I noticed water flowing from the rusty and stained outlet. There was only one paper towel provided upon check-in, which was careless. The showerhead had a weak water flow, was difficult to fix on the holder, and couldn’t be adjusted for height. The bathroom glass was filthy, the trash can was a cheap stainless steel model, and most frustratingly, the toothpaste was in paper packaging but extremely difficult to open, and the contents were hard, making it impossible to use for brushing teeth. There are many details that can't be fully listed, but overall, the experience for users is very insufficient and does not meet the standard expected of a four-star hotel. The outdated facilities should be replaced, and appropriate renovations should be made; otherwise, considering the price and location, guests will be disappointed. 酒店地理位置不近大街，但預訂時早已知道，我們在酒店旁租了電單車也解決了地理位置不佳的問題。 酒店的整體建築與規模很好，可以營運與細節令人失望，浪費了原先的設計與品牌的高級形象。 設施與裝潢都有點殘舊，欠缺適當的保養與維修。 每次用洗手盆都會看到水從充滿鏽與污漬的出口流出、紙巾入住時用完一張就沒有(太粗心大意)、花灑水量偏細、花灑難以固定在架上亦不能調較高度、洗手間的玻璃充滿污漬、垃圾筒竟然是廉價的不鏽鋼款式、最令人氣憤的是牙膏是紙裝但極難打開，裡面竟然是硬的，完全不知如何用來刷牙。 還有很多細節不能盡錄，但就是對用家的體驗來說十分不足，也不應是四星級酒店應有的水準。應更換已過時的設施，作合適的翻新工程，不然以這個價格這個位置來說，會對客人失望。
