Kebersihan: penuhi keperluan saya Persekitaran: Sangat bagus. Saya tinggal di bilik di mana anda boleh melihat laut dan matahari terbenam. Reka bentuk luaran hotel adalah kelas pertama dan sangat tersendiri. Sarapan yang disediakan juga menepati keperluan saya. Lokasinya, jauh dari pantai dan tidak jauh dari jalan komersial, saya sangat suka, kerana kami pernah ke Pulau Phi Phi sebelum ini, jadi kami tidak berminat dengan Pantai Patong, mahupun di Bar Street, dan pada masa yang sama masa, kita takut terlalu sibuk Tempat itu sangat bising sehingga saya tidak dapat tidur. Berita baiknya, saya tidur lena. Digabungkan dengan harga hotel ini, saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang paling kos efektif pada harga yang sama. Hotel yang kami tinggal berdekatan tidaklah sehebat hotelnya sebelum ini. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah hotel ini terletak di atas bukit dan mengambil masa kira-kira 1 minit untuk mendaki bukit. Tetapi saya menikmati hotel peringkat pertengahan ini, saya rasa ia berbaloi.

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. The comfort and luxury of the room, combined with the outstanding facilities and the hospitality of the staff, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Love all the activities on offer at this resort - great pool(s) with slide, convenient to go to the beach and had complimentary beach activities too (kayak, stand up paddle board etc.). Lots of things to do in and around, didn't even need to leave the hotel at all. Love the turtle shelter and getting to feed the turtles was a fun thing to do. Clean rooms and sheets, great job done by housekeeping overall. Breakfast spread was great too, and so was Cucina and the bistro downstairs. A bit out of the way if visiting Patong/ Phuket Old Town/ malls but didn't really need any of that when the resort was so self-containing. Loved our short getaway and 100% will be back.

Keseluruhannya bagus, di dalam bilik adalah kualiti kemudahan yang baik. Saya suka sarapan pagi, terdapat pelbagai pilihan dan semuanya lazat. Entah bagaimana secara peribadi saya fikir kakitangan kelihatan tidak ceria mungkin mereka sibuk semasa tempoh cuti panjang. Jika tidak, jika pihak hotel mengaturkan bas ulang-alik ke bandar Patong dalam perkhidmatan, saya fikir ia akan menjadi sangat mudah untuk tetamu yang menginap selama 1 malam dan bagi mereka yang tidak menyewa kereta dalam masa tinggal yang singkat di sana.

Lovely and picturesque hotel with a beautiful territory and multiple pools, right beside the sea. Very convenient location close to lots of the restaurants, shops, bars and not far from the walking street. Simple but clean and cosy rooms with very comfortable matrasses and nice balconies. We had a slight issue with the Wi-Fi in our room which we reported to the reception. They sent an IT person who fixed it quickly. Very caring and friendly attitude of the hotel staff. I definitely recommend this place! *One thing about the taxi service right outside of the hotel (and it's nothing to do with the hotel itself) - just an advice - be sure you fixed the final price before you started the trip. We took their cars twice and both times they wanted more money at the end of the trip for no reason even though we agreed on a price before (they are very friendly when you are booking them, but get quite aggressive at the end of the trip). They left a bad impression, maybe try to find a different place to take a taxi if you need one.

Schlechter Start aber dann sehr gut. Wir buchten ein normales Zimmer. Leider wurden wir zunächst in ein Zimmer gebracht in dem offensichtlich kurz vorher ein Wasserschaden war. Es roch unerträglich muffig und viele der Möbel waren aufgequollen. Ich frage nach einem anderen Zimmer und bekam das nebendran. Das war nicht wirklich besser aber es roch weniger schlimm. Nach einer schlechten Nacht bei dem Geruch und Lärm von der Straße baten wir erneut um ein neues Zimmer und ich schlug ein Upgrade vor. Wir konnten dann endlich in ein ruhiges und renoviertes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses Zimmer war ganz wunderbar. Ich empfehle daher gleich ein etwas besseres Zimmer zu buchen. Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt und alles war man braucht. Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht nocheinmal dazu buchen. Es ist kein Buffet sondern ein Gericht auf Vorbestellung mit zwei Getränken, das auf das Zimmer gebracht wird. Die thailändischen Gerichte sind gut und reichlich. Das amerikanische besteht aus Rührei und einer (!) ungetoasteten Scheibe Toast. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir mitten in der Nacht einen Feueralarm weil eine Person in ihrem Zimmer geraucht hat. Es hat sich schnell aufgelöst, dass es nichts bedrohliches war. Jedoch wurde sich dafür mit keinem Wort entschuldigt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Prinzipiell würde ich es wieder buchen aber eben ein besseres und ruhiges Zimmer und ohne Frühstück.

Hotel ini sangat baik. Pertama sekali, bilik bersaiz besar dan hiasannya sangat bertekstur, suasana mewah. Kedua, terdapat pantai, dengan pasir halus dan selesa. Harga itu termasuk makan malam, yang pastinya adalah tambahan jika tiada kereta, dan walaupun makan malam dihantar, ia sama sekali tidak biasa, kuantiti yang banyak dan lazat. Perkhidmatan hotel adalah baik, terutamanya terdapat seorang wanita berbahasa Cina di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, anda boleh menghubungi WeChat jika anda mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan selepas daftar masuk, yang sangat memudahkan. Akhirnya, harga wabak itu benar-benar sekeping kobis. Ini adalah kali pertama saya menulis ulasan hotel yang begitu panjang di Ctrip, kerana Marina berbaloi.

Location: quite difficult to locate, some bolt drivers got lost trying to find the entrance Check in: was a breeze, but had to pay a deposit of 5000baht which we were not informed of even in trip or confirmation email, i wish this was more transparent. It will only be returned to you during check out after housekeeping staff check your room( it will be deducted any item is damaged or missing) - After check in, shuttle will bring you up as the rooms are location on top, lobby at the bottom of the hill. The shuttle was very dangerous , if you are with luggage, going up the hill theres no buckle to hold on to your luggage if you do not hold on to it tight enough, it will just roll off the shuttle , we were also not warned about the steep slope. ＞ our room was located in the middle of the blocks, so the shuttle dropped us at the bottom and we had to climb the stairs with our luggages, the staff did not want to help us carry at first. - no shelter at all at the lobby, if its raining, then you’ll have to walk under the rain to the shuttle. - you can request the shuttle to drive you from your room to the lobby/vise versa as it is not really convenient with the hill and STEPS. -The first 2 days, staff was fine, all good driving us up and down whenever we called, then out of a sudden, they asked us to use the ‘shortcut’ to our room. Did not specify why, but we rejected after walking the FLOCK OF STAIRS for a day, they were at least 5 stories steep mind you. - if you do not wish to take the stairs, you may walk up/ down the hill, which is VERY dark during night time. Check out: worst day of all, they called your room at 1145 to rush you to check out, said will send a shuttle to OUR ROOM but did not specify which block they will be waiting at, we waited but no one came to our room. After waiting for 5mins? We are unsure if we should carry our luggages up or down to the different pickup point, so i used the staff phone outside to phone the lobby to clarify. The staff answering the phone did not even bother to listen to my question, she just answered, ‘check out? Yes ok we will send a shuttle’ then i asked again, WHICH BLOCK SHOULD I WAIT AT?? And she replied me ‘CHECK OUT YES OR NO?’ I said YES, then she just said OK and ENDED MY CALL. In the end, we had to carry our down luggage, without any help, up the steep stairs, and the shuttle WASN’T even there. We waited for extra 5-10mins before the shuttle came. check out: at the lobby, had to wait 10mins for housekeeping to check our rooms before we can check out successfully and get our deposit back. At the same time I had already feedback my encounter to the manager at the lobby, which said she will take care of if later. She’s fine, she apologized. ＞ and finally it was our turn to collect the deposit, the same lady who pickup and ended my call, called out to me. ‘NI HAO NI HAO( hello hello in mandarin) I was so offended, not every asian looking person can understand mandarin and she could have spoken to me in english cause I spoke to her manager in english right? Its obvious that she did not want to speak to me probably cause i feedback about her. All in all, i will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Firstly the Room Villa 107, was a good layout, spacious, May have been nice when new, however there is peeling plaster and water damage on the ceiling. The sink in the kitchen area leaks and drips constantly, creating a pool of water on the floor outside the cupboards. The floor is very slippery and uneven due to water damage. The floor towel is being replaced every morning by the maids, but no one has contacted us about repairs. The quality of linen is ‘rag like’ and overall maintenance is terrible. Doors adjacent to pool can not be physically opened due to corrosion. The privacy screen around pool is full of rust, and the main doors to the balcony are out of square and let in the mosquitoes. As for the rest of the ‘resort’ the maintenance is terrible, add to that minimal facilities for the price you pay. Examples, no pool towels available after 1pm, you have to get in fast. Breakfast is a 1/5 if your lucky compared to other resorts in Asia; food is cold, small selection etc. There is no lobby bar, the only bar available during the day, is a swim up pool bar. There is a bar on the rooftop that opens at 6pm in fine weather, it is poor. The food available at the resort is basic and tasteless. Overall the resort has no ambiance, or life. We left the resort everyday, which was not what we had planned @. $600+AUD per night. Never again, stay with a noteable chain, Marriott etc, who have standards and expectations to fulfill.

Semuanya sangat sedap.Harga pun berpatutan.Petugas kaunter penyambut tetamu bersemangat.Bila sampai ke kawasan tempatan,anda akan masak ikut cara tempatan.Tak ada masalah.Cuma penyesalan kecil ialah baunya rempah ratus di koridor agak kuat. Ini perkara biasa. Lagipun semua orang ada di mana-mana. Di luar tingkap adalah bangunan kecil bertentangan. Saya memberitahu meja depan bahawa saya mahu tempat yang tenang. Di sini cukup bagus. Tidak bising pada waktu malam. Bilik standard cukup bagus dan katilnya ok. Saya hanya tidur pada waktu malam dan pada dasarnya bermain. Ia berharga 80 yuan seorang. Anda mahu basikal jenis apa? Peti sejuk dan penghawa dingin juga sangat bagus. Saya sudah dua kali ke Phuket. Meja penyambut tetamu meminta deposit sebelum pukul dua. Tidak ada bilik dan saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk. Saya mencari tempat untuk menyimpan bagasi saya dan merayau-rayau. Di sebelahnya adalah Jiangxi Leng.Saya berjalan-jalan dan pergi ke medan selera di tingkat bawah pusat membeli-belah berhampiran untuk menjamu selera.Kangkungnya cukup sedap.bagus Di samping itu, kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh bercakap beberapa perkataan dalam bahasa Cina dan boleh berkomunikasi dengan beberapa bahasa Inggeris asas pertuturan. Tidak perlu risau, kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga boleh menguruskan penghantaran ke lapangan terbang dengan bayaran lebih daripada 800 baht. Saya tergesa-gesa untuk mencari sebuah kereta dan menyusunnya. Secara keseluruhannya bagus. Lain kali saya datang, saya rasa jaraknya ini. Sangat dekat dengan Pantai Patong

Pro : New built hotel! Walking distance to Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road etc. Easily to get halal food at night (opposite Boxing Stadium), money changer and also motorbike to rent. Really recommended. Con: Very hard to find the hotel because the location in Waze inaccurate. U need to search for Sira Grande Hotel for the location of the hotel.

Although the resort was undergoing reno works, there were no shortfall in regards to their service and usage of their amenities. The best part is that it's just walking distance to the eateries, shopping area and the Karon beach. Will come back again for sure!

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

The hotel is so good! The room was big and clean. Cleaning every day. So close to the beach! Just cross the road and here you are. Breakfast was amazing! Really a lot if different food, so everybody can choose what they like. Wifi was workinv in the room in a good way! Tv as well! On the roof the swimming pools were working, but one area was closed. Maybe that area opens only for high season. But without that area it was still great! Definitely will come back here one day 😁😁 The only minus was that on balcony our clothes were not drying at all, cause the window was small and it was going inside (between the 2 hotel buildings) and there was a roof between the buildings, so, there was no any ventilation. So, the clothes were getting smelly instead of drying. 🤦🏼♀️ But there are other areas with opened balconies, so, maybe in those rooms there is no such a problem.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. Pemandangannya bagus, kemudahannya agak lama, tidak ada lampu di bilik tidur Pemandangannya sangat bagus dan sangat indah. Saya sangat suka balkoni ini. Boleh dikatakan harganya sangat berpatutan. Resort ini agak besar, jadi ada bas ulang-alik kecil, pemandunya juga sangat bagus, dan saya menaiki teksi ke lapangan terbang. Pelayan sangat bersemangat, dan meja depan Ini satu-satunya bahagian dari keseluruhan hotel yang tidak mesra.

Номера маленькие, уборки практически нет. За неделю ни разу полы не помыли. В ванной всю неделю был песок. Шторки в душе нет. Дверь в ванную сломана, пришлось вообще ее не закрывать 🙈 На балкон вообще убираться не заходили. Сушилки нет. Туалетную бумагу не клали. Бассейн закрывают в 9, и даже просто посидеть возле него после 9 нельзя. Очень шумно. Мало того что стадион и клуб под окном, так и совокупления соседей слышишь всю ночь. Одноразовые тапочки не положили. Посуду не мыли. Вообщем от уборки одна видимость. Парковки нет. Все стоит перед входом и под открытым небом. Завтрак скудный, ближе к 10 уже ничего не добавляют. Возле кровати нет тумбочек. Выключатель светильников находится между подушками. Ночью головой постоянно свет включали и просыпались. Вообщем отель совсем не понравился.

The Lantern Resorts is in a great location. It’s a short walk from the beach down the length of Bangla Road but it’s far enough away from Bangla Road for the rooms to be very quiet. The hotel has a couple of good swimming pools which are well maintained, the restaurant at the hotel has tasty Western and Thai options and there is a vast array of bars and restaurants very nearby. There is a variety of rooms which suit families, couples or solo travellers. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I did have one unfortunate incident with the safe in my room but that was resolved quickly and efficiently by the general manager, Sandy. I’ll be coming back in the future and I recommend it to anyone else.

Всегда были сосиски, колбаса, рис, курица, овощи свежие и приготовленные, яичница, суп, чай, кофе, хлопья. Что не понравилось: - Шумно. Но тут как бы даже не минус, нужно понимать что отель находится на тусовочной улице, где до 3 ночи орет музыка и люди) - Плохие полотенца. Владельцам не помешало бы их заменить..Пятнистые и потрепанные - Мытье зеркала и стекла в ванной. Приходилось мыть самой..ну очень заляпанные - Управление освещением тоже очень очень странное ————— Не рекомендую: - У кого чуткий сон и желание выспаться на отдыхе - С детьми В отеле проживают в большинстве граждане Индии

I am quite happy that I chose Holiday Inn Resort Patong, thanks for those who wrote their reviews 👍this hotel is very close to everything you need, within walking distance to restaurants, malls, convenience stores, beach n the famous walking street. But it is always quiet within the hotel. We don't need to spend anything on transportation except to n from the airport. We stayed at the premium balcony room on the new wing, it is very nice. I like the design of separate toilet, bathroom, sink n dressing table, which is very convenient. All the staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Although the variety is not much, it got all the basic stuff. Swimming pool is nice n not crowded at all, maybe Sept is not the peak season. Only one thing that I don't like was the hotel's Friday night BBQ dinner buffet which costs Baht 850 per person. Beef was overcooked, prawns were undercooked. We founded that the BBQ chicken wings bought from the street hawker were much more better n it is definitely an must try.

I found myself having to stay longer than intended in Phuket, on short notice, and couldn't be happier I found Phuket Paradiso. It's a great place to stay. Charlie makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. It has the comfortable, warm feeling of staying with family. Clean, safe, secure and only 30 seconds walk from the beach. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlie and his team. He makes an effort to get to know every guest, drops little treats (drinks and snacks) outside your room and is great fun to chat to. I'll be staying here again without hesitation. 5 stars is not enough!

За 3 дня проживания нам ни разу не сменили полотенца, не выносили мусор, не давали мыла и туалетной бумаги, не убирались в номере. Убил здоровенного таракана, который бежал по столу в номере. Персонал плохо владеет английским языком. Из плюсов - недорого, просторный номер и рядом дешёвый фруктовый рынок и большой парк. Возникшие проблемы с туалетом и водонагревателем быстро решили.

Daftar masuk adalah pantas/cepat. Lobi hotel sentiasa dijaga kebersihannya. Bilik ini luas dengan balkoni yang menghadap ke tepi kolam renang dan mempunyai tab mandi, sesuai untuk berendam yang baik sebelum tidur yang lena. Pantai Patong hanya 350m/ 5minit berjalan kaki. Jika anda mencabar, sila berjalan lebih jauh ke jeti bot Patong (650m dari hotel) Kedai 7-11 yang lebih besar betul-betul di hadapan pantai Patong yang mempunyai pastri/baki segar setiap hari dan mangkuk salad sedia untuk dimakan (sangat segar jika anda mendapatkannya pada awal pagi, sejurus selepas berjalan kaki di pantai pagi anda) Banyak makanan/restoran/kafe tersedia hanya di sepanjang pantai Patong. Berjalan kaki ke Bangla Rd juga. Hotel menyediakan tuala pantai dan payung yang bersih juga sangat membantu/berguna sepanjang 4 hari saya menginap kerana matahari terlalu panas, dan saya akan duduk 2 jam di pantai untuk membaca buku saya dan merenung matahari terbenam. Sangat mengesyorkan ini untuk pengembara solo, kawasan kejiranan yang selamat dan nilai untuk wang.

This is a nice cheapish price hotel set within a condominium development about 50 metres back from the seafront in Panwa Bay. Rooms are clean and pretty well-maintained and the staff are super-helpful if you need any help (the first room I was in had an aircon fault and they changed me to another room without hesitation). Of course, this is Thailand so the beds were very hard - I actually travel in Asia with an airbed so no problem for me.... One thing to watch out for - which may already be corrected - is that when I tried to book a room through the web, at the last moment, a small info note saying ”no air conditioning” flashed up. This is not a part of the world where that would be a sensible option. Luckily, I have a friend who resides in the condo and she was able to clarify that all rooms do have aircon. Just to be safe, she booked for me so I wouldn't have to accept that condition. The hotel indicated it was an error for the ”no aircon” message to be displayed so you may not even see that. In the end, the only impact was that I had to pay cash on-site and probably paid a few dollars per night more than the web offer. But it was still great value - and there's an ATM just a few yards down the road. In terms of location, it's within a quite small development with lots of shops, a 7-11, tons of beachside stalls selling food and clothing, plenty of delicious dining options, Thai massage plus the inevitable (these days) **** shops. There's a small beach but if you want a nice swim, you'd be better off driving a km or so up the road. Almost no waves as it faces west. No rubbish on the beaches when I was there. There are lovely, and often gorgeous, sunsets over the bay and above the hills beyond. All in all, it's a really great place to stay so long as you have a strategy for getting from the airport (which is about 50 minutes away), and are looking for a base to explore from, rather than just stay put and veg. Unless you want to visit those aforementioned shops of course ;)

酒店是在蘇林海灘旁邊的一個小海灘，基本屬於私人海灘了，雖然浪稍微有點大，但沙灘挺細，兩邊有礁石，退潮時有很多小魚小蝦寄居蟹。 設施：不算新，但是挺舒適。 衛生：打掃挺乾淨的。 環境：很安靜舒適，適合度假。 服務：酒店員工服務都挺好，熱情主動。 早餐： 有自助有點餐，種類不算特別多但口味還行。可以坐在室外海邊也可以在室內看海。 唯一的小問題就是吃飯，如果不在酒店吃，用bolt最少需要200🐷的單程車費。 總的來說算是一個非常適合度假的酒店。

Только что приехали из Гуд Найс. Почему то указано, что тройка, но по сути это просто хостел чтобы переночевать. Из плюсов Расположение хорошее относительно рынка, недалеко Бангла Роуд. Пляж патонг 15 минут. Но можно найти и лучше и ближе. Да, все работники улыбаются, это же тайцы. Но сервиса тут нет. Ключ от Сейфа нам дали только на третий день и то из-за настойчивости, мы бегали по они таза на день к ним. О трансфере в день выезда не вывешивают инфу, надо самим звонить своему гиду. Питание завтраки - никакое. Это тосты, кофе из Тана и скрембл. Питание лучше не брать. За углом 7/11 там все вкуснее и выгодней. Номер. Мрак. Все ушатанное. Комната еще ладно, нормально, а вот ванная в чёрной плесени, сантехника вся в налёте, мыться неприятно.Все самое дешевое. Но вода была всегда. Нет сушилки для одежды ! Это вобще как. У соседнего отеля на балконах есть, а тут приходилось сушить все на спинке единственного предмета мебели на балконе-кресле. В шкафу нет полок, тоже странные дела. Телевизор не работал совсем, хотя это абсолютно ненужная опция, я считаю. Вид из отеля красивый, на горы. Но если глянуть ниже увидите курятник. Петухи орут с 5 утра. Уборка. Эээ, отдельная тема. Они так интересно убирают, что после них все в их же длинных чёрных волосах. Постель меняли якобы каждый день, но по факту просто переворачивали все и застилали, потому что одно и то же пятно я видела дней 5 подряд. Полотенца рваные, драные, в пятнах. Ну да ладно, мы приехали узучать Тай, а не в номере сидеть, все это не особенно меня расстраивало. Но вот последнее событие резко испортило все впечатление. В день заезда они берут залог 1000 батт. Окей. Хотя больше нигде такой ерунды не встречала. Итак. День отъезда, утро, бегаем собираем чемоданы и замечаем, что у нас под дверью сидит тайка-уборщица. Ну сидит и сидит. Выезжаем из номера. На ресепшене в тот момент как я поняла был хозяин самого отеля, накачанный европеец. Он возвращает нам залог, но через минуту подзывает к себе и трясёт перед нами одеялом. Прямо на ресеп притащили его. Говорит вы испортили одеяло возвращайте 800 батт. Да, действительно, на одеяло я пролила немного клубничного вина и тут же застирала это место. Осталось розоватое пятно. Все мы понимаем, что стирка у них в промышленных масштабах и все это отлично отстирывается. И вот теперь я поняла, что та тайка сторожила когда мы уедем, чтобы побежать искать косяки. Так вот этот огромный мужик не стесняюсь других посетителей трясёт перед этим не первой свежести одеялом и можно сказать тыкает нас носом как щенков ))) Естестенно, отдали ему деньги. Но всем все понятно, это лишь способ вымогания на ровном месте, белье там настолько уставшее, в дырах и пятнах, что цена даже всего комплекта явно не 800 батт (1600 р), не говоря уж о сбившемся в комки одеяле. Конечно отель я не рекомендую никому, за эти деньги можно найти место намного лучше. Впечатления крайне неприятные. Надеюсь мой отзыв предостережет кого то. Кстати, узнавали, что за отель при с
