Hotel berhampiran Parasailing Pear-Ploy Karon Beach Phuket, Phuket

Отличный отель! Наверное один из самых бюджетных на кароне. До пляжа пешком минут 10, 7 eleven прямо возле отеля. Уборка в номерах каждый день, все чисто и аккуратно если сильно не докапываться. Так же присутствует небольшой, но приятный бассейн. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще!

Отель в целом неплох. Хорошие, чистые номера, хорошая уборка номеров, вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал, отель находится в тихом, спокойном месте. Из минусов - далеко от моря и от всех тусовочных мест. По поводу сбора денег в номерах за пропавшие вещи. Такого не было, но было то, что они не смогли отстирать наволочку (жена легла с мокрыми волосами и она покрасила сь) и влепили нам 200 бат, но мы сами ее отстирали и штраф сняли нам. Перед выселением снимите все вещи на телефон и будет вам счастье. Есть шатл до пляжа, от отеля ходит по расписанию, от пляжа как придется. Байк вам в помощь. Пляж шикарен, особенно левая его часть. Опять же, если возьмёте байк, разнообразие пляжей на юге Пхукета вас здорово удивит. В общем, для спокойного отдыха отель очень даже подходит

Ibis Kata is located nearby Kata beach. The hotel has been around for a while, providing many bedrooms and lots of activities. The hotel itself is abit dated. Reception always get busy. Swimming pool area and breakfast area is pretty decent. There's also a shuttle van from hotel to kata beach and back (5 times a day). Although it is walkable distance too (have to walk around club med area). The telephone in our room is not working during the stay though. And also one of the elevator is out of service during the time as well. Anything else is decent and quite good. The bar lobby area is good for mingle with friends and families. There is also a taxi service from hotel to the airport, you can simply book in advance with the reception team. It is 1000.00 Thai Baht. Special shout out to K. Rujiret (Asst. Front Office Manager) and the crew for being so friendly and going extra miles to help each customer's request.

We typically do not complain unless it’s really warranted but this is one of those times. My wife and I stayed at the Wyndham in Playa de Carmen Mexico early this year. After a delayed flight and a long travel day, we finally arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told upon check in that our hotel room has no running water. No other room was offered to us and when we asked we were told that we cannot change rooms!! Needless to say this was unacceptable on so many levels! A year later we decided to put that experience behind us and give the Wyndham another chance so we booked into the Proud Karen beach Wyndham in Phuket Thailand. We chose this hotel over another one because their site said the hotel had a roof top pool and a fitness room. I recently injured myself so a gym is very important for my ongoing rehab. However, once we checked in, were informed by the staff that there was no fitness room nor a roof top pool as both were still under construction. I was feeling frustrated as I specifically choose this hotel for the fitness room and felt that they had misrepresented their amenities on the site. Furthermore, It appeared the hotel was still under renovation as you have to navigate yourself through an old car parkade (see video) and long steep drive way to get to the front desk and only one elevator is operational in each building. We were willing to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings but I needed a fitness room so after 2 days we ask to check out early and get a refund only on the last 2 days. When I called (from room) the manager at the front desk about my request and reason why the call was disconnected so I went to the front counter and when the manager saw me he called the sales agent who informed him to tell me that our room was nonrefundable. At this point I asked to talk to the sales agent on the phone as they appeared to have the authority to grant refunds. As I began to explain to her why I wanted to check out early she rudely cut me off and would not let me finish explaining. I asked her to let me finish speaking and again she cut me off and said that I have to go through my booking agent. The booking agent had already emailed the hotel twice with no reply. We were then told the office was closed so we would have to wait until Monday which was our check out date so that would be too late. An hour later our booking agent mysteriously got a hold off the “closed office” (the sales lady who I had talked to) and he said that she denied our request despite our complaint. There was nothing he could do. I email Wyndham’s head office regarding the matter but had no reply ! This company misrepresents itself and takes no accountability should an issue occur ! Stay clear!!!

Such a fun and exciting resort to stay! Beautiful open space at the lobby and huge main areas. Pool was fun eventho mainly for children but we’ve had fun running down them slides. Cafe / bar besides the pool was my favourite area, spent most of my stay there and shoutout to the bar / cafe team. YOU WERE AMAZING! Coffee, tea, pizza, cocktails were delicious grubs. Very biggg dining hall but was abit chaotic during high season. pandemonium I would say and a tad annoyed by the speaker information regarding breakfast hours closing time as its super loud and repetitive for over 10mins 🙃 Staff were kind, service was prompt and immaculate. Full of smile from the whole team. SO SO GREAT! it was a very nice stay. We’ve like our room very much too. So, thank you very much, pammokko! ill be coming back

Located in the south of Phuket, the hotel is merely 200 meters from the beach with a vibrant market just outside the premises. Although, the hotel is located on the hillside its a bit of a climb up to get to the entrance. Nothing too terrible but also not ideal. The rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious with good amenities. The staff is courteous but not very friendly. That's something I noticed throughout my trip to Thailand. Overall a decent experience.

That was a nice Hotel. Location is great in all meanings. Hotel is located on cliff just above the sea with beautiful views on a Adaman sea and Karon beach. It is very quiet location suitable for travellers who want to silently sleep at night without any disturbance. Patong, Karon, Kata beaches, boxing stadiums,etc. , all are available by 10 min taxy driving. Cabby arrived all the time to this location even at night and earlier morning . Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower and hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was simple but tasty, no oroblem at all,absolutely everyone can accept such international food. Overalk, good experience.

Saya tinggal selama dua malam kerana anak perempuan saya berkeras, tetapi saya tidak fikir ia adalah idea yang baik untuk seseorang yang berumur 40-an. . . Tuala mandi dan tuala kolam disediakan, tetapi tiada tuala muka. Ini kali pertama saya ke hotel yang tidak mempunyai tuala muka, jadi saya terkejut. Saya juga menaiki sampan lutsinar di dalam kolam, tetapi kolam itu sangat sempit sehingga ia banyak menghentam dinding. . . Sarapan terapung nampaknya memerlukan tempahan, jadi anda tidak akan dapat memakannya pada hari anda mahu memakannya. Saya menempah bilik deluxe twin, dan ia adalah bilik deluxe. Anak perempuan saya berkata mereka tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi. Tidak ada apa-apa dekat hotel jadi kami makan di hotel untuk satu hari, tetapi terdapat restoran di sebelah kiri apabila anda keluar dari hotel, jadi lebih baik untuk makan di sana.

At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.
