Keseluruhannya bagus, di dalam bilik adalah kualiti kemudahan yang baik. Saya suka sarapan pagi, terdapat pelbagai pilihan dan semuanya lazat. Entah bagaimana secara peribadi saya fikir kakitangan kelihatan tidak ceria mungkin mereka sibuk semasa tempoh cuti panjang. Jika tidak, jika pihak hotel mengaturkan bas ulang-alik ke bandar Patong dalam perkhidmatan, saya fikir ia akan menjadi sangat mudah untuk tetamu yang menginap selama 1 malam dan bagi mereka yang tidak menyewa kereta dalam masa tinggal yang singkat di sana.

Stayed for 4 nigths and im giving a high rating because of the staff and the amazing view in our room. Sky Suite room is a must. The view is amazing plus you get to have your own private pool. Rooms are clean however mosquitoes and fireflies are everywhere. Do come with mosquito patches and repellent. Those with mobility problems shouldn't book this hotel as you have to climb up stairs to reach your room . They do have rooms that's accessible but not sure though if there's a good sea view in there. Shuttles are always accessible and all you need to do is to call for pick up and they'll be there in matter of minutes. This hotel is a short 15 mins drive to Patong Beach. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the beach. There's a lot of eating places just outside the hotel but you need to prepare to walk for about 5 to 10 mins. Breakfast is decent and have good spread. They cater to local and international guests. There are 2 public pools that guests can use. Most of the guests don't use it as they are all probably swimming in their private pool. All the staff are warm and accommodating. This is the best part of our stay here- The friendly and kind staff. Will I recommend this hotel? Yes Will I come back ? Probably not. For the reason that I would like to try to stay in another hotel..

One of the best hotels ever. They upgraded our room to a full Seaview. Place is quiet and the staff is so friendly. Breakfast was simple but the service was so good, just had to eat more. Room is very clean and housekeeping is so professional. Will definitely recommend. Requested for extra blankets and water, they gladly accommodated. Pineapple fried rice for breakfast is good!

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for those who would like to just chill. Staffs were friendly, fast & efficient. Amenities were great with the hotel app which you can request for many supplies at any point of day. However do take note that the location is a tad bit inconvenient with no near 7/11 etc. it would be quite a distant especially with the slopes on the hill. Also prepare some insect repellent if your room is with a pool, there were many mozzies

Firstly, this hotel is NOT a resort. The word ”Resort” is used without much context when describing hotels in Phuket. If you are planning a retreat and seek resort amenities please do thorough research on the hotel first. This hotel has no 24 hour room service, reception or international movie channels- which are basic amenities of a ”Resort”. I also had concerns with the lack of chlorine in the pool, I did not see anyone testing the water while I was there. The location is isolated from shops, cafes, bars or any amenities. It's also too far to walk to any amenities, there is also no safe footpath to attempt this- You literally have to walk on a main road just to get to a 7-11. Which would not have been as much of an issue if this hotel actually provided some ”Resort” amenities. Some Pros: As the hotel is located on a massive hill, so if you book a room with a view you will be treated every morning and evening with a view. There are also rooms with direct pool access. The rooms are also very spacious and the staff are extremely caring and will go out their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. In summary if they dropped the word ”Resort” from their name it would set a more realistic expectation and allow them to compete more fairly in the category they are actually in.

GOOD: 1) The highlight of the hotel is there is a 24 hour snooker room, it is free of charge, except 2 set of snooker tables, there is also a table soccer there, it is very impressive and rare. The swimming pool / squash room / gym room / library are also 24 hour & free, you can directly go to enjoy and even do not need any reservation. 2) Have to mention the breakfast, I would say it's world class, many choices for you including Thai, Chinese even indian food, you can even have ice cream & Thai fruit shake for free, I would say you can even consider it as a lunch. 3) free shuttle buses transfer from hotel & Patong town center (every 15 mins) until 8:30pm everyday. BAD: 1) check in is slow, the communication of the staff needs to be improved. 2)There is a local tour registration desk in the lobby, the staff there would make a call to you in early morning to sell you their tour, which will disturb you. 3)one day at about 6:00am when we were still deeply sleeping, someone(suspected a staff) pushed the doorbell, then the TV auto started itself, it was very scary. 4)They did not do housekeeping & daily necessities in the afternoon, even though you had turn on the housekeeping indicator ligh.

I have just checked in but decided to write something about it, TO SAVE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!! We booked from Hotels.com, where this hotel identifies itself as ”patog beach kalim hotel (See Sea Villa)”. We couldn't find it on the way here by searching ”patong beacb hotel”... When we arrived, NO ONE was at the reception desk, not to mention luggage carrying service... We waited for ten minutes until someone appeared... We booked a roof top room with a swimming pool 42 squared meters, but was given a tiny room without anytime...we presented the booking confirmation with all the room details including room size and photos, but the hotel manager insisted that the photos are random ones and that we should call hotel.com...we are still arguing with the manager....it has been one hour... Also, there is no lift... The room doesn't provide soap.... The prperty is on a main road, noisy & loud as hell... The property smells interesting...

Были в этом отеле с 24.01. по 5.02.2023, огромный минус этого отеля это месторасположение - имейте ввиду через дорогу очень каменистый пляж и там никто не купается!До моря минут 20-30 по жаре, и вдоль ужасно шумной дороги, где половина ее без тротуара! до баглы и тц только трансфером либо такси (200 бат), бесплатный трансфер отправляется только 2 раза в день 10:00 и 16:00 туда и 10:20, 16:20 обратно, но не всегда забирает с пляжа😡, с утра до 16:00 очень много времени находится на жаре не хотелось, приходилось в 14:00 брать тук тук(200 бат) и ехать домой, также вечером постоянно на такси, но только уже с пробками😕 Если вы снимаете мотобайк, то норм👌 Второй минус - старый бассейн, покрытый зелёной тиной, периодически что то добавляли в него и он становился зелёным цветом и там никто не хотел купаться Третий минус - еда однообразная, холодная, фруктов мало, когда заканчивается, долго докладывают. Четвёртый- за 2 недели один раз поменяли постельное белье и то когда попросили неоднократно Из плюсов - номер чистый и просторный, сантехника вся работает, тихо и спокойно на территории отеля, стабильный хороший вай фай. Разговаривали с людьми из этого отеля - они тоже остались недовольны, хотели вернуть деньги, но ничего не вышло. В крайний день вообще не убирались, воды не давали, на следующее утро перед вылетом попросили воду и на этом отказали, обидно столько бабок отвалить и встретить такое отношение, ну ладно может с помощью моего отзыва они станут немножечко лучше.

Salah satu hotel terbaik yang saya pernah menginap setakat ini. Bilik itu luas dan reka bentuk dalaman juga hebat. (Kami menginap di Suite Grand dengan 2 katil king) Apabila keluarga saya masuk ke dalam bilik pada mulanya, kami ketakutan dengan semut yang memanjat dinding secara berturut-turut. Namun, kami dibebaskan tidak lama lagi kerana kakitangan datang dengan cepat dan menghilangkan semut menggunakan racun perosak. Sejak itu, kami tidak pernah melihat semut-semut berarak sebelum kami meninggalkan hotel selepas 5 hari penginapan gembira. Semua kakitangan sangat baik dan baik. Terutamanya kakitangan yang bekerja di lobi berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik, jadi kami tidak mempunyai masalah dalam komunikasi. Setiap kali kami keluar untuk aktiviti atau membeli-belah, pembantu rumah sentiasa membersihkan bilik kami, dan itu membuatkan kami berasa gembira apabila kami pulang dari luar. Pusat kecergasan juga bersih dan mesinnya agak berbeza berbanding hotel lain. Kolam renang juga menakjubkan. Terdapat 3 jenis kolam di hotel. Daripada bayi hingga datuk dan nenek, semua peringkat umur boleh menikmati kolam yang menyeronokkan, cantik dan selesa. Anda boleh menggunakan shuttle apabila ingin ke pantai Patong yang terkenal sebagai tempat panas di Phuket. Bilik mandi yang bersih, kualiti air yang tinggi, sarapan pagi yang menakjubkan, sistem penghawa dingin dan penyejukan yang sempurna, berdekatan dengan bandar dan pantai, akses mudah ke makanan jalanan dan 7 eleven, TV pintar berkualiti tinggi di setiap bilik, kit yang lengkap di dalam bilik mandi, dan sebagainya...semuanya hebat dan hebat. I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. The hotel is like a 20 min walk to the beach but they have shuttle cars every 30 mins until 8:30. Very nice hotel, my only but would be how clean it can be. The sheets in my room smells like sweat from someone who uses a lot of cologne. They changed them very fast and with no fight. Next day we went to the gym and all the curls and machines are super sticky and they smell sooo bad, even the treadmill looks like the pic below.
