I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour.
After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways.
I’m going to start with the positive things.
Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite.
The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy.
*now let’s go with the next…
1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ???
To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms.
I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience !

酒店距離Tampa beach開車有十多分鐘的路程，不是很遠。前台小姐姐超級熱情，房間也比較大，雖然看上去裝修的時間有點長了，但是很乾凈。房間裏有烤箱、冰箱、洗碗機等，有需要的話非常方便。酒店還提供免費停車，這還是比較划算的哦。

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater for two nights to escape Hurricane Ian. The room was clean and comfortable and it was great to have a free hot breakfast each morning. The lobby has lots of comfortable seating and a big TV. The hotel is in a non-evacuation zone and I felt totally safe and really didn’t hear the rain and wind.

My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing.
Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!
And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

LLA CasselsWe enjoyed everything about this historic hotel: the room, the lobby chock full of art and references to its speak-easy past, the pastry shop, the bar, the comfy, covered front porch, the pool and fountains, food and drinks served poolside, the friendly staff, and the friendly guests we met. Also, the Hollander is perfectly located in St. Pete, being in the historic downtown district near my company headquarters and close to great destinations such as the Salvador Dali museum, Chihuly blown-glass gallery, and Morean arts center. I love historic downtowns and boutique hotels such as the Hollander. The rooms in historic hotels are often smaller than ones in chain hotels, but they more than compensate with their unique personalities and intimate atmospheres, which leave me with vivid memories of my stays in these sweet lodgings and the cities they call home.

PPengguna TetamuFairfield Inn is located a short walking distance from the heart of Clearwater, Florida. It's approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, as well as the main-*****. In my opinion, it's in a perfect location, short of being right on the beach - and is a little more quiet than other places nearby. The hotel is newer and has several amenities including an heated outdoor pool, fitness room, complimentary breakfast, and golf cart shuttle rides to nearby locations. The staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were spacious and CLEAN. The breakfast had many options and a variety of different selections daily. My only wish is that there would have been an outdoor hot tub or sauna. And monly complaint is the mandatory valet parking. When on vacation, I prefer to have quick, easy access to my vehicle rather than waiting and having to tip each time I leave or return, in addition to paying the daily parking fee.

PPengguna TetamuGreat stay, even better than expected! We checked in here after a nightmare cruise and came to see the atl vs. tpa baseball game. The location was perfect for the game and the hotel exceeded all expectations. EMILY was amazing and let us drop off our bags early and even called us directly to let us know out room was ready a little early for check in, just like we requested! We couldn't have asked for a better experience all because of her. She checked in us with ease and was extremely friendly and nice to speak with. The rooms were extremely clean - even offered multiple packs of wipes! The beds were very very comfortable, sheets felt great and clean. The bathroom was stocked and large! A highlight was a ledge in the shower allowing us to store our items on it, which NEVER happens at a hotel (Things always end up having to be placed on the floor because there is usually one little corner shelf). We had four grown adults in the rooms and it never felt crowded once! The internet was easy to access and very fast, the elevators felt safe and were clean, the lounge and lobby were very spacious as well. Can't say enough good things about this hotel as a Marriott Gold Elite member. Would absolutely stay here again (hopefully with Emily again at the check in desk!).

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

PPengguna TetamuStayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

PPengguna TetamuI was there for Gasperilla ”2023” Upon check in I wanted to put the bill on another credit card that would allow me to get points and rewards but the management said it wasn't allowed because i had booked thru booking.com Never had this issue with any other hotels. I had asked for a specific room and that building was down for renovations. When entering the room there were 6 large black spiders that they took care of but then i found several in the room as well. The Breakfast is a joke! Coffee and little debbie's, no fruit, no actual creamer except in a can. No milk, no eggs, no cereal, nothing but Coffee. The bed seemed ok, except it falls off the 2x4 railings under it. USB port on lamp needs fixing. Refrig was great and cold. The Housekeeper ” Lashun ” went out of her way and came off her break to get me a rubber bath mat for the tub as i almost slip and fell in the tub. Tub was extremely slippery. over all i will come back after the renovations and see if they are doing any better, met some nice and talkative people. Great atmosphere and centrally located for the price. Will return!
