Hotel berhampiran St. Mark Lutheran Church, Pinellas County

The room was excellent! Very clean, with a great view.. Excellent location, close to shops and dining. The staff was very accommodating at the location. The only drawback was trying to contact the location prior to the stay. Aside from that overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast crew was fabulous and very nice as well. I am a diamond member and stay at a lot of HI, this is one of the best. Close to Tarpon and location to other attractions. We saw a comedy show while we stayed over night.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater for two nights to escape Hurricane Ian. The room was clean and comfortable and it was great to have a free hot breakfast each morning. The lobby has lots of comfortable seating and a big TV. The hotel is in a non-evacuation zone and I felt totally safe and really didn’t hear the rain and wind.

酒店是真的非常非常漂亮，乾淨，舒服。 因為我們去的時候颶風剛過，泳池和海邊都不讓去，但是酒店免費給我們做了升級，7樓還是9樓忘記了，總之這是我住的唯一一個在房間可以看到東邊日出，西邊日落的酒店。 服務員的服務態度也超級好。 唯一不滿意的地方就是提前不知道上網收錢，最後收了7.89美金的上網費。 晚餐在酒店吃的，味道也很不錯。

I’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour. After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways. I’m going to start with the positive things. Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite. The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy. *now let’s go with the next… 1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ??? To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms. I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience ! Picture of the good and no so good!

This hotel is wonderful! I had a balcony with a gulf view and you are right on the water. The walk from my room to the beach was an elevator ride and a few steps through the sand. The room was very clean and the staff was awesome! Very friendly with service 24 hours per day for what ever you need. It is a smoke free hotel which I love and never once did I hear kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours like at other nearby hotels. Maybe it was because we were so close to the water and the waves were loud and that is all I could hear when I opened my patio door. Such a relaxing vacation! Great stay, even better than expected! We checked in here after a nightmare cruise and came to see the atl vs. tpa baseball game. The location was perfect for the game and the hotel exceeded all expectations. EMILY was amazing and let us drop off our bags early and even called us directly to let us know out room was ready a little early for check in, just like we requested! We couldn't have asked for a better experience all because of her. She checked in us with ease and was extremely friendly and nice to speak with. The rooms were extremely clean - even offered multiple packs of wipes! The beds were very very comfortable, sheets felt great and clean. The bathroom was stocked and large! A highlight was a ledge in the shower allowing us to store our items on it, which NEVER happens at a hotel (Things always end up having to be placed on the floor because there is usually one little corner shelf). We had four grown adults in the rooms and it never felt crowded once! The internet was easy to access and very fast, the elevators felt safe and were clean, the lounge and lobby were very spacious as well. Can't say enough good things about this hotel as a Marriott Gold Elite member. Would absolutely stay here again (hopefully with Emily again at the check in desk!).
