其實服務真的差強人意，但是升級的時候答應了給五星好評（雖然這個升級是攜程會員的免升），另外送了兩份早飯，所以評分還是五星。 問題很多，簡單説幾點，希望酒店看到以後可以加強培訓管理： 1.大門迎賓保安完全沒有服務意識。我和我媽兩個女生在大門口保安面前從後備箱拿行李，保安紋絲不動 2.第一天辦入住已經十點多了，但是淋浴冷熱水調節閥門有問題，導致三個人都沒法洗澡。第二天早上讓前台來查看，整整等了一個小時後又催了一次才有人來。來的第一個短髮女服務員還説酒店所有房間的淋浴都是這樣子的😅😅😅後面來了一位男性，應該是工程部的人，才説我們這個房間確實有問題，後面給我們換了房間。 3.房間玄關處的地特別特別滑，我差點滑倒了好幾次。一起入住的還有長者，難以想象萬一長者滑倒了會有什麼後果 4.我們是三個人入住，所以入住後想問前台多要兩塊浴巾，但是前台表示衹能多給一塊。這種不是一次性的東西，我不理解為什麼不能多給一塊？ 5.房間沒有全身鏡，作為平陽現在最高級的酒店，房間沒有全身鏡實在不能理解。 6.早餐，説起來也要78一份，其實除了糯米飯以外，和亞朵這種快捷酒店的水平也沒區別，補貨還超級慢，九點去的時候，很多盤子都是空的了，而且座位也很緊張，找位置坐都要找半天 7.所有這些問題在入住的時候都和前台反映了，但是前台一點歉意都沒有，所以其實非常生氣，這次入住的體驗實在很不好。寫到這裏我覺得不應該給這個酒店的五星好評，所以我在服務這一欄還是打了差評。
