All fine, the staff was very helpful, and the room was quite small but nice and comfortable. I recommend staying there :)  The location is little bit outside of the ancient city which is a plus because it’s not so loud there (around 8 minutes by foot). We could also rent a bikes to get there for dinner for free.  The coffee after arrival may be requested but with no milk (15 yen per each).

Great location, quiet neighborhood but not far from the center. The room is clean , comfortable and has the atmosphere of an old traditional home. It is the service that needs significant improvement to warrant the current four star rating.  The price was for two people and yet, there was one tea bag per person, a very small roll of toilet paper and the facial tissue bixes were almost empty. The breakfast was no better: ine boiled egg, a small bun, a bowl of sweet porridge and a tiny slice (about one tenth) of a sweet potato and a root vegetable, with a tiny portion of pickled cabbage. For a mainland B&B well below standard. What’s more, the old nan who was on duty in the morning would pick up dirt from the floor while handling food with bare hands and had trouble finding toilet paper in the storage room while I waited outside in freezing weather. The host is friendly and helped with orientation and organizing transfers to the railway station, so with little improvement in service this could be a good choice for Pingyao.

A perfect home in the ancient city, what a great experiance!! The host is super helpful, the room very clean, the breakfast was yummy 😋😋 I only regret that I haven't been there in summer to enjoy their beautiful courtyard for a coffee, take s look on the photo 😍

Very good hotel, cozy rooms (very quiet at night), well equiped! Nice breakfast (chinese fixed menu). Very welcoming receptionist, he provided us a map of the city and the program to visit all the attractions. Pick up service at the entrance of the old city.

Very beautiful property, the room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff is very nice too. It is not located right in the centre of the old town (about 10-15mn walk) but the good thing is that it is a very quiet area.

A cute bed and breakfast in a romantic ancient town. Free bicycles are available. A nice selection of beers. A wholesome Chinese breakfast included. Highly recommended..

This lovely hotel gets 6 out of 5 stars!! It is located a 5 min. Walk from the main street, not too far of the gate where you can catch a taxi to the train station. However the hotel organised a pickup from the gate, which they did not charge for. The room is probably the best room we have rented ever, definitely in this price range you won't find a better one. It was super clean, new, huge comfortable bed, everything was working as advertised. The bathroom is super modern with the most advanced toilet. Outside the room is a lovely sitting or smoking area where you can chill. The host is really attentive and friendly, perfect. I can recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed!!

Lovely feeling in courtyard, especially in the evening. Friendly helpful family management team. In a quiet corner of the old city, which is good once you arrive but a bit of a walk to visit the sites. Good home made breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and beautiful ! The cleanliness was excellent. The welcome and service were warm. We thank you for helping us with our visit itinerary in Pingyao. We had a great time! We highly recommend this hotel !

Amazing, like a fairy tale.

Excelente hotel con excelente servicio al cliente!!! Alan estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia en todo momento. Desde antes de llegar al hotel, nos contactó para gestionar transporte para que nos recogiera en la entrada a la ciudad antigua de Pingyao. El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones están cuidadas al detalle. La ubicación del hotel está como a 10’ caminando de la calle principal, lo cual está muy bien, porque no hay ruido. La cama es muy cómoda, en el baño hay wc tipo japonés, muy cómodo. Tiene toda clase de amenities. El desayuno es muy completo y muy rico. Todo el personal del hotel es muy simpático y amable. En nuestro último día, como nuestro tren salía por la tarde, dejamos las mochilas en el hotel, mientras paseábamos por la ciudad, y en lugar de pasar nosotros a por las mochilas Alan arregló todo para que un transporte nos llevara las mochilas a un punto cercano a nosotros (para así evitar que nosotros nos desplazáramos a por ellas) y también organizó que un transporte nos llevara a nosotros con las mochilas a una de las salidas de la ciudad, para de ahí tomar un taxi para ir a la estación de tren. Para nosotros, este tipo de detalles, hacen que la experiencia no solo en el hotel, sino que en la ciudad sea magnífica. Alan hace todo y mucho más por ayudar a sus huéspedes, ¡muchísimas gracias Alan! Recomiendo este hotel ampliamente, porque hace que todo sea muy fácil.

因為行程很趕，來去匆匆，沒有留下酒店的圖片（用景區圖片代替了），但民宿老闆給我們留下了很深的印象，來回交通、地理環境的介紹、用餐推薦都給了很好的安排，雖然居住過程中有小插曲，老闆也及時的響應和處理了，所謂“明者因時而變”的態度和行動力，得到了我們同行小夥伴的高度認可，特別是被目送到巷子盡頭的誠意深深打動了我們！希望生意興隆，客似雲來！
