We arrived for 5 days stay to explore lower Tuscany. This property is located right in the center of the old town, very easy walk to all the restaurants and local attractions. It takes 2 flights of stairs to this apartment, secure entry into the staircase and separate entry into the shared area between 3 rooms, with coffee maker, seating and space to put luggage if the room is not ready. First of all Tiziana the owner is the most welcoming host you ever wanted. She is a local guide, business woman, connector and wealth of knowledge if you choose to tap into it. She goes out of her way to be helpful. Lola, in charge of cleaning, is a sweetheart, very dedicated and detail oriented. Tiziana is fluent in English, Lola is not, but her attitude compensates for it and today’s phones offer easy translation. We stayed in the room looking at the Della Pipita restaurant across. The room has everything you need, bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are newly renovated. You can close the windows and the electric shutters for full darkness and quiet at night. For the location and given the old building, you get a good deal for your money. And just in Pitigliano there are many great restaurants just a few steps away. La Rocca, Chiccotino, Della Pipita, Il Caveau all great choices we tried. My only complaint was a fairly weak internet signal.

Pitigliano best rooms for rent! Full comfort, excellent location! Everything renovated, nice clean and comfortable. Beds great, bathrooms modern, electric shades with remote control. The owners are there to welcome you and guide you through. Every little detail is taken care of. Safe, mini bar, coffee machine in every room. Strongly recommend when you go to Pitigliano! Two bakeries & coffee shops 15 steps away. Five stars plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Camera davvero spaziosa e pulita con bagno finestrato (una rarità!) e balcone che affaccia praticamente nella piazza principale. Non manca praticamente nulla e la posizione è ideale per vivere lo spirito di questo piccolo e meraviglioso borgo. Non posso concludere la recensione senza una menzione speciale per Paola, Niccolò e Tiziana, ringraziando loro per l'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, i consigli, la cura nella preparazione della colazione, ma soprattutto per la rapidità di risoluzione di piccoli inconvenienti. Ah! Se Paola si offre di prestarvi i bastoni da trekking per passeggiare nelle vie cave...fidatevi! Grazie, siamo stati benissimo!

Das Guest House liegt mitten im Zentrum. Alles neue gestaltet mit viel Liebe und Geschmack. Tiziana ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie ist immer erreichbar und gibt gute Tipps. Vom Parking sind es knapp 10 Min zu Fuss. Tiziana würde einen auf Wunsch auch abholen. Alles in allem super zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
