Stay Pittsburgh

The space was clean and comfortable. The location was a little uncomfortable...very close to CBD shops, gentlemen's club, etc. I definitely would not have wanted to stay here alone. The building itself felt secure, but walking at night wasn't a great feeling. The communication with the "hosts" was rather annoying. They needed a lot...driver's license, then wanted to know how early or late I was coming and leaving. When we got there, the outdoor code worked fine, but I had to call/text for the room code that was different. Then we were stalked as soon as we got in the door having another person with us who wasn't able to check in to his place on time...like I wasn't even in my room and they were asking me for more money. I was sent a website to put my credit card number in for an $85 hold like an hour before check in and then another time later that night. The listing had 11am as check out but that morning we were told it was 10:30, meanwhile the link they sent asking when we were checking out said 11:30. I was being text by two different numbers. It was all so bizarre and sketchy. Again, the room itself was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again with all of the inconsistencies and last minute prep

Things to note: -had difficulty getting into front door with my code - had to call multiple times -original room smelled like mildew and bed was uncomfortable However: -customer service was 100/10. Replied at 2am/all others of the day -they were able to switch me to a newer room, that did not feel as uncomfortable -very conveniently located -price was very reasonable Overall, I would probably shell out a bit more to stay in a comfortable clean place that did not give me issues with getting into the building.

Great location, just a couple of blocks from the river, and restaurants literally next door and others close. Keyless entry, management is very available and pro-active. Will be staying again. Thank you!

Everything about this location was perfect and the host was very accessible and helpful w any questions we had. I would stay here again and would recommend this location to anyone else!

Checking in was super complicated. There was no one to help and had to call some number and provide numerous details and send a copy of id card via text etc. The water was lukewarm and despite repeated reporting of the issue it was not fixed for all four days of my saty. Normally every hotels have standard checkout time of 11am or 12noon but this hotel had a checkout time of 10:30. I requested for a late checkout of even just a few minutes but they did not honor. They wanted me to pay extra for even half an hour late checkout request.

Clean room. Good air conditioning. Clean sheets and towels. Everything was exactly as advertised.

Honestly, everything stood out to me, as a positive experience. Friendly staff that answer you promptly, a full apartment downtown at a reasonable rate, great views of the city.... Great stay.

The location was very clean. Location was great. The area is safe many options for snacks, dining groceries, etc..

Room was fine, but there was a lack of in person staff support, and at times I got confusing, unclear, or incorrect instructions/guidance for problems. There is no one working at a "front desk" which I did not love.
