Long stay, 19 nights. Very clean facility and accommodating, friendly management. Excellent parking. Walking distance to Central Market (Google It). Only downside was the sofa-bed was uncomfortable, so instead of folding it out, our third person slept on the sofa as is. Breakfast varied, weekdays better than weekends. Noise levels between rooms and from hallways is low to non-existent. If you're without a car when arriving at DFW or Love, take Uber to the hotel; then rent a car from nearby Hertz (walking distance); save money on the car rental from the airport. Will definitely return in January 2023.

Although we've never been here before, unlocking the door to our studio suite was like coming home! As the door opened smoothly, we were greeted by soft music, a lamp on the desk glowing and a cool breeze which was heavenly after coming in from a stressful drive on a 90+-degree day! Everything was clean and shiny with not a speck of dust anywhere! The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything but food including a toaster. The granite countertops were spotless as was every inch of metal trim in the bathroom with not even one fingerprint to be found! The furnishings included a long sofa (hide-a-bed), rolling desk chair and expansive desk surface which was perfect for playing dominoes, a large tv which swiveled between living area and bedroom and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. (Room 106) The hotel staff called 10 minutes after we were in our room to make certain everything was to our expectation. I don't know how our 3 day stay could have been made better because every time we came back to the hotel, it felt like we had come home!

Stayed at this hotel for three days for a family get together, stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. They set-up was perfect for our party of four (two couples). We enjoyed having a shared living room area for socializing and conversation. All of the furniture was comfortable and clean. Everything in the room was in good was in good working order, very comfortable bed and linens, responsive A/C system. Room was cleaned each day (a rare thing in hotels today). Common areas were well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and well-stocked each morning. Hallways were well maintained, featuring photos of Texas-born celebrities (had fun trying to identify them all.). Staff was always helpful and polite when called upon for any matters. Location was convenient for all of the things we needed to do, a bit further from Downtown Dallas, which you would need a car to travel to downtown Dallas. Used outdoor pool twice, nice and refreshing, and well-maintained, along with the outdoor seating and recreation areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in the area; I enjoyed staying here.

Called the hotel early morning to request the room be on the 1st floor due to my mother having mobility issues, was not honored. No problem, please place the room close to the elevator, still not accommodated. Was placed 1 room away from the end of the hall. I enter the room and am greeted with a mildew smell. RED FLAG as I have sinus issues. The bathroom is where the odor is coming from. Then above the bed is a poorly repaired hole where there was clear water damage (see picture) ALL Home2 Suites provides a curtain devising the bed from the living space. The room I was assigned did not have one and the front desk said I would need to wait for housekeeping to get the curtain. (see picture) The room's smoke sensor had electrical tape on it. Appears a guest wanted to cover the light that flashes indicating the sensor is connected to the power source. Housekeeping apparently doesn't look around the room (see picture) I immediately made a new reservation with a Marriott property that allowed me to check in the early morning, (7 AM) so I could get out of this poorly maintained hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights for my son's hockey tournament. It's a stay to play tournament, meaning our team hotel is assigned. We had a flight delay due to the Dallas storm/arctic chill, so we did not end up getting to the hotel til past midnight. The guy at the front desk seemed ill prepared to handle a large group of check-ins at that time of night since we had several families on the same flight from Vegas. The front desk clerk initially tried to say that my room was no longer available b/c we were checking in past midnight despite having room confirmation and prepayment. Then he tried to state that the suite I had rebooked and had confirmation was given away. It took about 15 minutes to get this resolved and I know other families who checked in after I did had the same issues. I also have gold elite status as a Marriott Convoy member and was told I could not get my complimentary daily water. Outside of the horrible check in experience, stay way ok. Close to the highway and one of the rinks we played at.

My husband and I live in the local area and stayed here 10 nights while we were having a remodeling project done on our house. We really enjoyed our stay. The one-bedroom suite was enough space for us and for him to do remote work. Housekeeping service comes in every 3 days and changes bedsheets, vacuums, empties trash, restocks itrms. But if you need items in between those cleanings, the front desk will provide. Breakfast is available every morning, and there is a nice selection - eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, sausage, bagels, etc. There was a swimming pool, which was clean and maintained and laundry facilities on the 2nd floor. I would certainly stay here again if a need arises.

Third stay at the Renaissance Legacy West. Will return here when in the area. Great staff from top to bottom. Hotel was packed but they did not miss a beat. Enjoyed the upgraded room and the the rooftop pool vibe was cool, albeit packed. We had a blast. Close to everything Legacy West has to offer. Safe upscale and new feel. Clean and well staffed. Great check in, great valet, other hotels should learn from this one. Would absolutely recommend!

DDaniaWe came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

BBrochsteinI was highly impressed with this hotel & the staff. Texas Association of Mediators had their 2 day conference last week-end. The food was the best I've ever had at a conference! The staff was attentive, professional and friendly. One server welcomed me to her home & thanked me for choosing this hotel. Many of the staff have been employed for over 20 years! Everyone made us feel ”at home” and that our business was truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, lots of shopping & eating within walking distance.

PPengguna TetamuLelaki yang bekerja di kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada hari Sabtu pagi selama kami menginap sangat ramah dan ramah! Saya harap saya mendapat namanya. 1 daripada kakitangan wanita (shift 7a-3p ketika kami mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat) sangat ramah ketika saya bercakap dengannya .. lelaki yang saya kira adalah jenis AGM yang ”memeriksa” bilik yang dibersihkan sebelum mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat tidak pernah mengenali kami walaupun berdiri di hadapan kami ... dan pekerja shift 2 wanita adalah pekerja shift 2 biasa. Sibuk dengan semua yang berlaku, tetapi cukup bagus. Ruangan itu cukup bersih, kecuali karpet yang perlu dikosongkan. Alangkah baiknya jika jarum suntik dengan sampah lain di tempat letak kereta akan diambil pada suatu ketika selama 3 hari penginapan kami. Tetapi untuk kadarnya, teka-teki pengemis tidak boleh menjadi pemilih.

When you check in to MOST hotels, you will receive an AUTHORIZATION to the card you use upon check-in for the room rate + taxes + incidental hold (in case of damages, market charges) At THIS LOCATION, they will CHARGE your card the FULL AMOUNT (room rate + taxes + incidentals) at check-in which means they take the FULL AMOUNT and then refund any additional money they took at check-out. While at this property, I experienced a security breach INVOLVING a hotel staff member and decided to cut my stay short and move to a competitor's hotel. Upon check-out, what should have been a simple refund led to ADDITIONAL CHARGES, draining my checking account. The front desk clerk explained she refunded the additional charges, which does reflect on my folio, but the issue is, the money is still not in my account until their financial institution and my financial institution reflect the refund and decide to refund the money WHICH CAN take 5 to 10 business days, leaving me with NO FUNDS! There is NO COMPENSATION OFFERED by the hotel for the hotel DOUBLE CHARGING you. All you receive from the hotel that MADE the mistake is, ”It was a mistake and it is refunded” How would you feel if a BUSINESS or SOMEONE took additional money from you, causing you to have NO FUND AVAILABLE until the 'banks” release the funds which can take DAYS? NO ONE would appreciate the inconvenience but NO ONE wants to offer any form of compensation for THE INCONVENIENCE.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I rushed to Plano TX after our daughter had an accident. We stayed the first three days at the Richardson Hilton Double Tree, a filthy hotel $120 per night with horrible service except at breakfast. Rooms are not made even if you ask them to. Two Coke cans an two half sandwiches cost us $32. So we moved to the Quality Inn at W. Plano Parkway. They gave us a $67 per night discount and a confortable 1- King-bed bedroom with many premium TV channels for free. They make the rooms everyday, ice dispenser is also for free as well as a basic breakfast with boiled eggs, sausage, cereals or waffles, yogurt and coffee. Place is always pristinely clean. Restaurants and stores are at walking distance and many more around the corner on Preston Street. But the best of this hotel is the courteous, personalized 5-star attention we enjoyed from James at the desk. I'd recommend this modest great place to anyone not looking for luxury but to make sure that all your needs are covered to your satisfaction and that, if walking the extra mile is needed, they will gladly do it for you.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hotel. Clean. Free breakfast. I stayed in a king suite. Very nice. The one and only complaint...the coffee in room and at breakfast was not good quality at all. That won't prevent a repeat visit, but it is something easy for the hotel to correct.
