Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Plano

Excellent hotel. Clean. Free breakfast. I stayed in a king suite. Very nice. The one and only complaint...the coffee in room and at breakfast was not good quality at all. That won't prevent a repeat visit, but it is something easy for the hotel to correct.

Clean stay staff was great rooms rent excellent nice breakfast fresh coffee good prices good accommodations, good hospitality, housekeeping and maintenance are good with the rooms. Staff is very supportive and responsive and they process my deposit refund in a timely manner and I will definitely be back again soon.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, the king sized beds were very comfortable. The bistro however had limited options for breakfast. I would stay here again.

The Cambria is a great hotel in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to excellent restaurants! Huge clean room with 2 t.v.s and a very comfortable bed. We booked this place with the intention of using the “free shuttle” as we were in town for the National Championship football game at Toyota Stadium and were relying on this mode of transportation. We were very disappointed to find out on arriving that they have no shuttle at all even though it is advertised on all of the websites. We were first told that it was “broken” and out of service but later we were told,they haven’t had this service since Covid. We brought it up to the manager Mariana as the free shuttle was why we booked this place to begin with. Mariana went out of her way to help resolve this issue. She paid for two trips on Uber to compensate us. All in all,it was a great place to stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Although we've never been here before, unlocking the door to our studio suite was like coming home! As the door opened smoothly, we were greeted by soft music, a lamp on the desk glowing and a cool breeze which was heavenly after coming in from a stressful drive on a 90+-degree day! Everything was clean and shiny with not a speck of dust anywhere! The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything but food including a toaster. The granite countertops were spotless as was every inch of metal trim in the bathroom with not even one fingerprint to be found! The furnishings included a long sofa (hide-a-bed), rolling desk chair and expansive desk surface which was perfect for playing dominoes, a large tv which swiveled between living area and bedroom and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. (Room 106) The hotel staff called 10 minutes after we were in our room to make certain everything was to our expectation. I don't know how our 3 day stay could have been made better because every time we came back to the hotel, it felt like we had come home!

Lelaki yang bekerja di kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada hari Sabtu pagi selama kami menginap sangat ramah dan ramah! Saya harap saya mendapat namanya. 1 daripada kakitangan wanita (shift 7a-3p ketika kami mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat) sangat ramah ketika saya bercakap dengannya .. lelaki yang saya kira adalah jenis AGM yang ”memeriksa” bilik yang dibersihkan sebelum mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat tidak pernah mengenali kami walaupun berdiri di hadapan kami ... dan pekerja shift 2 wanita adalah pekerja shift 2 biasa. Sibuk dengan semua yang berlaku, tetapi cukup bagus. Ruangan itu cukup bersih, kecuali karpet yang perlu dikosongkan. Alangkah baiknya jika jarum suntik dengan sampah lain di tempat letak kereta akan diambil pada suatu ketika selama 3 hari penginapan kami. Tetapi untuk kadarnya, teka-teki pengemis tidak boleh menjadi pemilih.

Staff was professional and courteous. Main areas were clean and quiet. Our bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the overall stay went well. Our room was on the freeway side of the hotel, so we found the highway noise to be quite loud. We were also located across from the cleaning supply closet and maintenance room, so the constant slamming of the interior doors was also quite loud. I would stay here again, but I would request the non-freeway side of the hotel and I would request not to be located near the staff supply rooms. Parking is in back and “feels” unsafe which was concerning.

We love staying here it's right in the middle of town there's everything around it very busy area.
