Villa Panorama Dubrovnik

Good owners. This is more of transit place people staying for 1/2 nights. We stayed for 1 week. 16 euro for breakfast x2 for a bit of cheese etc Felt ripped off sadly. Luvly views form any room you stay in. But overall we wouldn't go back to plat. To remote our fault really.

The room we had which was booked because it had a larger balcony was adequate. Had tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Views from balcony were stunning...especially at sunset with a tipple of your choice. Suitable for more for a stopover than a weeks stay. The owners could not have been more helpful, even driving us to shops for some supplies and welcoming us with a drink. We had breakfast ordered with them for 1 day which was quite expensive for what you got, but found Country expensive anyway. Downside was the vacinity. Not much to do unless you got Ubers or local buses to Cavtat (plently of bar/restuarants and walking tours) or to Dubrovnik which was very busy. On the whole Croatia is expensive to eat and drink but it is so clean, green and locals are lovely. Would go back but not to Plat.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make your stay uncomplicated. The view from the property is beautiful day and night. If you plan to cycle some of the popular routes in the hillside this is a good starting point. With no nearby supermarkets you can get supplies in the close towns or Dubrovnik. There are nearby restaurants. Overall a great stay.

We have just returned from this great place.. We visited Villa Panorama for the second time. Again, the whole stay was just fantastic! Above all, we felt very warmly welcome and so friendly treated by Paula and Drago that we truly felt as at home. The location is just perfect for people traveling by plane as it is right between the Dubrovnik airport and the city itself. Plat is a relatively quiet village, yet you have plenty of possibilities for entertainment nearby. Therefore, it is a perfect place for families with children too. The panoramatic views from the villa are simply stunning. The appartment was again very well kept, always tidy, the equipment absolutely sufficient and fully functional, all practically and tastefully furnished. We definitely recommend to experience this fantastic atmosphere yourself.

A very lovely place with a spectacular terrace view of the Adriatic and within a short drive to Dubrovnik. Wonderful hosts that personally take care of their property. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Great location and very easy to find from Dubrovnik airport. Exceptional view from the apartment balcony. Very clean and the hosts Paula & Drago were very kind and helpful without being intrusive. Nice quiet restaurant on the local beach which is a 20 minute walk from the apartment. You can also catch the passenger ferry boat into the heart of Dubrovnik which saves time trying to find somewhere to park!

We had a perfect time staying at this apartment for a 3-night trip to explore Dubrovnik. Firstly, thank you so much to Paula and Drago for being such kind hosts. They could not have been more welcoming and we loved chatting with them. They helped us out so much - they gave us so many tips on what to do, booked boat trips for us, provided cold water with fresh herbs from the garden and even saved me with some cream for my insect bites! We also had the breakfast one morning which was beautiful, they put so much effort into a huge platter for us based on our preferences and we enjoyed this on the terrace overlooking the sea. The villa is gorgeous and covered in pretty pink flowers with an endless view of the sea. The room was clean and we loved the balcony. It is in an ideal location with easy transport links into Dubrovnik - some days we got the water taxi from Plat, others we got the bus as the stop is only a couple of minutes over the road. There is a nice beach in Plat and one evening we went to the neighbouring town of Cavtat for a meal which is also worth exploring. We could have stayed for longer and would definitely return here so highly recommend to anybody - thank you again to Paula and Drago!

First of all big thanks to lovely people Paula and Drago. Apartment is very nice and tidy , kitchen area just enough. But the terrace and view absolutely stunning , specially sun sets. Good restaurants around,short distance to the beach with the bar. Water taxis to Dubrovnik just breath taking . Thank you again Paula and Drago for your hospitality and great service again. Outstanding apartment with even better owners and location, the view on the Adriatic sea from the balcony is breathtaking, it feels like you are waking up on a boat in the middle of the sea It is close to Dubrovnik, old city of Dubrovnik and many nearby "hidden" places and islands that are must to visit
