My phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

Excellent staff, good facilities in general but… We booked this hotel as it’s one of the only H10’s in this area that we were yet to try. We booked on the basis that it was disability friendly and we were reassured prior to travel that there was room for mobility scooters. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that there is only room to charge 7 scooters in the reception area and much of that space is often taken up by scooters from the rental company in reception. We were told that if there was no room for our scooters inside then we would have to park them outside of the hotel entrance. This is very bad, especially when you are elderly or disabled and have to make your way back into the hotel, nevermind the risk of damage with the hotel being so close to bars. Additionally the only toilets that we could find on the reception level are up a flight of steps, there are toilets on level -1, but the elevators are heavily used and some delay is inevitable. Whilst we were there we saw a lady wheelchair user in the main restaurant move a chair from her table and push it to the entrance so she could sit at her table - I jumped in to help, but thankfully a member of staff finally assisted. I think I was more surprised that not a single other guest even stepped in to help. Beyond that, the hotel has a restaurant layout similar to the H10 Conquistador, and I don’t think it works. The food is ok, but I had hoped for better. Other than those issues, we found the hotel to be nice, well placed and as I said earlier the staff were amazing. If my party were physically fit / free of disability, then I would possibly stay here again, but unfortunately on this occasion the hotel wasn’t suitable for us.

Just got back after a 10 night stay (in room 007) I'm a male solo traveller, this hotel is in a great safe location, turn left and a 10 minute walk your at the golden mile and beach, turn right 5 minute walk to the patch, hotel very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful, I stayed half board and would say the food is excellent and plenty off choice, will definitely be returning next year.

The hotel is located close to the more lively club area, but if this is not your liking it can be avoided at night by turning left rather than right. A short walk to the beach and promenade. We had a Club room overlooking the pool with a sea view, but given the orientation, no sun on the balcony. Room was spacious, modern and clean, with excellent daily housekeeping. Coffee pod machine, kettle, fridge and safe provided. Other reviews have expressed mixed opinions on the food and entertainment, but given the price both were great value in our view. The buffet always had extensive choices of salads and desserts, and a station for freshly-griddled fish and meat options, as well as numerous other pre-prepared vegetable, fish and meat choices. Each evening had a special food theme, with mixed results. The Mexican and Asian themes were very good, British less so! The evening entertainment was relatively brief, about an hour, but varied and professional, ranging from solo singers, bands, magician, dancers and circus. The bar was pleasant enough, but would benefit from less bright lighting to improve the atmosphere. A wide range of drinks were included in the all-inclusive, but the cocktails were poor compared to the paid-for alternatives.

It's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe. So here's what I experienced on this reservation:- Positives 1.Check in / out process fast and professional. 2.Direct beach access via the pool area. 3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent. 4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good. Negatives 1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm in dia). Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed. 2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within the remote control. 3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once housekeeping cleaned the room. 4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed. 5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room. General Travel Tips. 1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way. 2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££). 3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

I returned to this hotel as I was blown away last time- the cleaners were lovely and would always stop to say Hola to my children and in return my daughters would go out their way to say good morning. They work tirelessly and I don't think we give cleaners enough credit for the work they do I was in room 146 and every day my room was spotless, beds done and I never had a worry about my belongings. Chefs and waiters work so hard everyday at every meal always with smiles across their faces no matter how tired and hot it was. They have done a lot of work at the hotel since my last visit like the kids splash pools and the spa; it's nice they are using the money made from people's visits to upgrade. So why my 1 less star than my last visit? Our room had several lights not working. Also after 3 of us had showers (no matter how quick we were) the shower would be quite cool, not freezing but cool enough to hurry - usually my poor husband would draw the short straw on that. Also just a suggestion- the books people leave, instead of throwing them away couldn't the hotel have a small bookcase where people could help themselves to or even swap ? I was absolutely mortified watching a book be thrown away. Other than my very small issues in the room we had a fantastic stay, we would return again as it's close enough to the beach and main shops (€7 in a taxi) but far enough so it's quiet in the evening.

It's a crime that we have to leave, we said to ourselves, as we sit on the balcony hearing the waves wash against the shore, but it's our last day in paradise, and we have to leave this beautifully appointed Hotel at the end of the Golden Mile and a short walk through the amazing Hotel gardens to the private beach where each evening you can watch the beautiful sunset. The breakfast each morning had everything you could ask for, from Capers to Smoked Salmon, from Hard Boiled Eggs to Eggs Benedict and a range of breads and cheeses that we've never seen bettered in any other Hotel Breakfast Buffet. All staff from cleaners to the management were friendly, professional and attentive, you don't have to fight for sunbeds as there are more than enough to go around, you've the pick of being by the pool, cafe/bar area or in a more hidden locations snuggled amongst the trees, we've stayed in many good Hotels in Tenerife, and this Hotel is head and shoulders above any of them, as you may guess, we'd a wonderful stay and we go to Tenerife 2 or 3 times a year and in the future this will be our go to Hotel.
