We are staying here now, for the third time as we previously enjoyed many parts of our stay but won’t be returning again. The pros are location, clean apartments and good sunbed availability. Unfortunately the cons are the service. I should add that there are some lovely friendly staff here but overall so many don’t engage and look unhappy. There is zero engagement from the reception staff , this is where the biggest cundtoner service issue lies. The customer service is poor in terms of online enquiry made prior to our stay and an enquiry at the front desk where we were made to feel an inconvenience. Our room has twin beds (not great for a couple) many lights not working (including cooking area) and noisy aircon that we couldn’t use . We also had breakfast the first day of our stay but the choice is not so great compared to previous stays , all inclusive option is poor. I think the lack of entertainment and poor food choices mean the hotel lacks atmosphere , feel as though you are staying in private apartments . Really not good for families. They have also taken away the adults only area and increased the late checkout to £55 euros which is another disappointment. There are far better hotels in the same location.
