Hotel Playa de Palma dengan Gim

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the HM Ayron Park, we stayed half board, a lot of choice at breakfast, even a glass of cava if you wanted! Lunch from the food van was all cooked fresh, lovely selection and all very tasty. We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings, BBQ on Sunday was very good. Overall the hotel is extremally clean and never had trouble reserving a sun bed on the 8th floor. We enjoyed the Sky bar in the evenings, with the DJ. All bar & restaurant staff we very friendly. We would like to make special mention to Paolo on reception, who went above and beyond to help us after we sadly had our bag stolen whilst we were on the beach, with 2 iphones and cash inside we were besides ourselves. Paolo allowed us to use the phone to call home & our phone provider to get the phones blocked, then letting us use bikes to make a trip to the police station to report the theft. We couldn't be more grateful for his kindness. If we return to Playa de Palma, we will certainly stay at the Ayron Park again, but next time won't be taking anything valuable to the beach! We unfortunately weren't warned of the risk of thieves in the area and want to make others aware so hopefully this doesn't happen to too many other tourists.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. Good reception, wonderful meals, and a relaxing hotel Everything was perfect. Thank you to the management and stuff. Perfect choice in Mallorca. Definitely, we will stay again.

The reception was so polite and helpful and very welcoming as we arrived. The room was incredible and clean with a pool outside the balcony which was as a treat. The staff were so polite and very accommodating with all of our needs. They made us feel special everyday. The facilities were very clean and amazing. The breakfast that was included in our room was very nice. We were able to have breakfast until 1pm which we have never experienced in a hotel before so we didn’t have to rush every morning for breakfast. The room was kept clean every day and there was no rush as the cleaning ladies came in when we were ready so this also helped us to be more relaxed. We thank Paradise Garden for the Best experience with my fiancé. We will 100% be back and also recommend to all of our clients.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

한국인 후기가없어서 크게 기대안했었는데 진짜 너무 좋았어요!! 사진보다 실제호텔이 훨씬좋았고 그곳의 분위기, 심지어 조식까지 너무 좋았습니다:) 그리고 직원분들이 진짜 친절했어요!! My choice was best! That vibe was perfect for feeling in Mallorca. Every staff are so nice and kind, They’re tried to help us even small things. Also,The place is located near the airport. I wish I could go there and swim right now

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.
