Hotel Playa de Palma dengan Spa

Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. Good reception, wonderful meals, and a relaxing hotel Everything was perfect. Thank you to the management and stuff. Perfect choice in Mallorca. Definitely, we will stay again.

The reception was so polite and helpful and very welcoming as we arrived. The room was incredible and clean with a pool outside the balcony which was as a treat. The staff were so polite and very accommodating with all of our needs. They made us feel special everyday. The facilities were very clean and amazing. The breakfast that was included in our room was very nice. We were able to have breakfast until 1pm which we have never experienced in a hotel before so we didn’t have to rush every morning for breakfast. The room was kept clean every day and there was no rush as the cleaning ladies came in when we were ready so this also helped us to be more relaxed. We thank Paradise Garden for the Best experience with my fiancé. We will 100% be back and also recommend to all of our clients.

What a fantastic hotel! We spent a week there on a bed & breakfast basis in a Star Prestige Junior Suite. The staff welcomed us with a lovely glass of fizz and fresh fruit whilst they checked us in. We were allocated beautiful rooms on the 6th floor with amazing views of the sea. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, safe and well stocked mini bar. We had access to the roof top sun deck with infinity pool, bar and sun loungers. The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Lots of choice of drinks and lovely fresh snacks. We also made use of the prestige lounge which was a lovely relaxing space with a wide selection of hot drinks. Soft drinks and fresh snacks throughout the day. Our concierge, Felicity, was so friendly and helpful all week with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. Breakfast was very good, everything you could think of, all freshly made and good quality and excellent gluten free and dairy free options. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby and only a short taxi ride to Palma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.

Liked · Excellent hotel. Read previously reviews which described the hotel as clean, friendly and excellent value. This were all true. The staff were amazing, and super attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean everywhere, and the rooms were cleaned daily at a high standard. The room cleaners were great. Swimming pool and fitness were very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, just across from the beach and ideal location to stroll around the area. Bus stop is nearby which goes to Palma centre. Really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
