Ulasan Future Inn Plymouth

Relaxed stay in central location to the north of Plymouth city centre. Hotel is modern, rooms a good size, serviced daily - a rarity nowadays. Restaurant is uninspiring and, frankly, does not cope with expected customer visits in spite of pre-payment. An improvement over last November, but needs some better organisation. The beers at the bar are a poor selection and unpleasant.

SERVICE - The Hotel was under staffed in the restaurant and the restaurant was very busy. This was a one off as I've stayed with family before and everything was OK. Would recommend this hotel and more than likely use it again.

Great customer service was very good. The room was great size with big Queen size beds very comfortable. The carpets could do with being replaced as stained. Only negative was some people near our room were noisy.

The location is perfect if you don't want to be in Plymouth itself. We needed to be near Derriford and it was really easy to get to and find. The hotel staff were really friendly and happy. Rooms were huge and had plenty of space. Beds and Pillows were comfy. The wallpaper is wearing a little and was starting to peel, but nothing major. Really good value, considering it had breakfast included, and nicer than a PI. Breakfast had plenty of choice and all very tasty, but plates weren't warmed which meant the food got cold very quickly as it wasn't particularly hot anyway. Coffee wasn't great. Would definitely stay again if prices were competitive.

Service is excellent. Facilities are good. Room is spacious and clean.

Had a great overnight stay after my son's wedding. Venue was fantastic, food was amazing. Room was spacious and very clean with en suite bathroom. Have rebooked for just after Xmas.

Lovely clean and very comfortable room, we had breakfast included on our confirmation, however when checking in we were told that we had only booked room only.

It was a great inn. We will comeback in near future.

Amazing hotel clean helpful

A little out of the city but close to the hospital. Only stayed for one night but room was very spacious, had everything I needed and staff very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Very good for the price.

check in required to show the booking credit card information,but NOT proceed to use when I would like to use this booking credit card. Probably it is my fault that I first time when checking in used another my credit but later when the clerk required my showing the booking credit card that I would like to keep using this booking card but rejected by the clerk

Booked a stay for 2 nights, very reasonable price for the location, the room was a very good size with a sofa too & TV too. Free bottles of water and everything else you would expect from a hotel. Enjoyed our stay.
