Hotel berhampiran Calzedonia, Poissy

My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

Hotel très bruyant l'été en bordure de l'A12 et la rue principale, la télé de 17 ans ou manquait quatre chaines et le fil d'antenne à reprendre dans un autre studio, vitres de fenètres sales, seuil de balcon, table et chaises sales à néttoyer vous meme. Un va et vient inçéssant de cars d'asiatiques qui rotent et parlent en chinois sur le balcon, super. Une immigration made in Africa hébergée gratuitement aux frais des contribuables, à embaucher pour repeindre l'hotel et changer les moquettes sales au lieux de se glander toute la journée. Les lits jumeaux pour les asiatiques qui n'ont pas le droit de se reproduirent pour cause de surpopulation, pas confortables. Pas de couvercle de poèle donc l'alarme de la hote se déclanche tout le temps. Pas de fait- tout pour faire cuire des pommes de terre à l'eau, pas de cafetière, juste une bouillote de ma grand mère qui ne sert plus à rien puisque une cafetière krups, à capsules, coute 59€ et fait du bon café ou thé. Pas de réduction pour les séjours longue durée des retraités Français, juste une poignée de main, le jour du départ, le directeur qui a fait le mort pendant quinze jours se fout du monde et devrait etre remplaçé par une femme, à 62 ans je crois plus aux femmes. Messieurs, dames allez à Zénitude, Magny les Hameaux qui est bien tenu par une femme, calme et en pleine nature. Pierre qui essaye d'aider les clients devrait etre nommé chef de réception pour améliorer le service, encaisser n'est pas suffisant.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. Rated 5 star but no way. Was supposed to stay at Pullman Paris Montparnasse but was changed to La Defense. What a disappointment. Way outside Paris and needed to use Metro to go into the City. Chaotic check in and had to find our luggage and take to room ourselves. Safe in room broke and we were unable to retrieve our belongings. Engineer unable to open it so left to go on trip and when we returned the safe had been completely removed and no message left to inform us of this. Finally got belongings back. New safe put in room several hours later. Room needed updating. Decorating on 3rd floor. Marks on carpet. Cigarette burn on bedside table. Shower screen not fit for purpose. Breakfastgood but hectic.

Spent one night here last weekend, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Versailles Rive Gauche train station. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but were able to leave our luggage whilst we went for lunch which was handy. We were in room 41 on the second floor - the room was nicely decorated and a reasonable size, with a large and comfy bed and free tea and coffee making facilities. In the lobby there were also some pastries we could help ourselves to which was a thoughtful touch. There was no air con in the room, but there were 2 large fans and we could open the window which helped a bit as it was hot during our visit. On the next street (Rue de Satory) there was a good choice of restaurants and a couple of bars. We stayed on a Sunday night which meant some places were closed, but we had no problem getting a meal and a few drinks.

Excellent business hotel. Room size was excellent, with everything you need. Like many places nowadays, there is a coffee pod machine - I can never understand why these machines are not left full of water and switched on - i.e. ready to use. They are all the same - black and chrome, and easy enough to use when you know, but nigh-on impossible to work out how to use them when you've never seen them before, and the black switch on the black background is at the back of a black machine in a dark moodily-lit room on a black shelf. The best thing about the room was the view - a huge picture window looking south towards the centre of Paris with Montmatre and the Eiffel Tower in view. That's the advantage of a room on the 6th floor - colleagues on the lower floors didn't have the same view of course. The breakfast was great - everything needed. Overall I'd be happy to stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel and it was good quality. There was an issue with the hotel as they had cancelled our room due to some confusion. This was resolved but took some time and was nerve racking for us on the day we arrived but the manager did well in getting us a room in mid April half term. The pool was nice but we had an incident where some male guests were taking pictures of my young daughters in the pool, even with me there and making me feel uncomfortable. I raised this issue with the manager and he said he would look into but nothing was done and no feedback was given back to me - this is very worrying! My thoughts are good hotel, good location, some staff are really good but needs to work on customer service for important incidents involving young children. Makes me think that I would be cautious letting kids run around in this hotel and pool alone thus please be warned. Breakfast was not bad but not out of this world and restaurants around hotel are good.

位置離巴黎不近，我們來回都是打車15歐元到凱旋門附近，聖心教堂也是這樣，但市內景點就遠一些，需要走不短的距離。房間舒適，有小廚房挺方便。總體來説這個價格挺好的。
