Hotel berhampiran Stade Léo Lagrange, Poissy

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel samedi 8 juillet 2023. Jamais il ne m'est arrivé ce type de choses en Europe 17:45 : Check-in, tout se passe bien. Nous prenons possession de la chambre puis sortons. 21:00 : Après avoir dîné à l’extérieur nous rentrons à l’hôtel et nous croisons une personne qui cherche à rentrer dans l’ascenseur alors que nous en sortons, m’agresse verbalement et disparaît sans plus d’explication. Nous rentrons dans notre chambre (218) 22:45 : De l’eau commence à tomber depuis le plafond de la salle de bain. Je téléphone, personne ne répond. Je descends à la réception et je trouve deux personnes derrière le desk de la réception en train de s’invectiver dont la personne de l’ascenseur. Vu la conversation j’en déduis que la personne de l’ascenseur est employée de l’hôtel. Je fais part de mon problème au monsieur qui n’est pas surpris (visiblement le problème est récurrent) et essaye de me trouver une autre chambre. Pendant ce temps là l’autre personne monte et cherche à rentrer dans la chambre de manière très agitée alors que mon ami est encore dans la chambre. Elle prétexte un contrôle. Elle redescends et me hurle dessus (je suis à la réception) en me disant que je lui donne des ordres (ses propos n’ont aucun sens ...). 23:00 : Je remonte pour changer de chambre. Nous passons en 224 dont soit dit en passant la climatisation ne marche pas … (il a fait 35 durant la journée). Tant pis, nous n’irons pas à la réception vu l'ambiance … Le téléphone de la chambre sonne, je décroche : personne au bout du fil. Nous nous couchons. La personne revient dans notre couloir, donne de grands coups sur une porte, et hurle ! 23:30 : Nous sommes paniqués, nous appelons un taxi et attendons qu’elle quitte le couloir pour pouvoir descendre par l’escalier. 23:45 : Check out : nous remettons les cartes au monsieur à la réception et quittons l’hôtel sans y dormir. En attendant le taxi sur le trottoir nous voyons une patrouille de police débarquer. J'ai envoyé un message au service relations clients d'Accor mais attend une réponse.

Chambre propre et confortable, bon rapport qualité prix, accueil chaleureux,personnel poli valent gentil et efficace. Vue sur un bel espace vert, la campagne à côté de Paris! Très proche de l’Autoroute A13 vers Deauville

Nous avons été très surpris que cet hôtel soit si calme alors que la route n'était pas si loin. Par ailleurs, notre chambre familiale était impeccable, que ce soit la propreté des lieux que la présentation. Vraiment rien à dire. Un petit plus, c'est la mezzanine qui permet une discrétion plus nette que dans certains autres BB dont les lits enfants sont juste au dessus du lit des parents. La personne au pdj était très professionnelle, dévouée et courtoise et rien à dire non plus sur le pdj qui était parfait et complet.

Mention Très bien pour cet hôtel. Tout d'abord grâce à l'accueil de Fanny, très aimable depuis le premier contact par téléphone pour la réservation, jusqu'au service du repas du soir. Une vraie humanité se dégage de cette personne qui a vraiment le sens de l'accueil et du service client. Une perle dont on espère que la Direction de l'hôtel a bien conscience. Le repas du soir était très bon, dans des tarifs globalement inférieurs au restaus du coin. La literie est bonne et la chambre était très propre, et le chauffage efficace en ce mois de janvier. Un bon Wifi en 100 mBits/s symétrique, c'est un vrai plus. Rien à redire, qu'ils continuent ainsi.

This was an unexpected stay. We had a vacation in a beachside resort in Morocco planned, but our son had an in-flight medical emergency so after a night in the hospital we stayed here for 4 nights to let him rest, receive results and enjoy a bit of Paris as we could. We found the team here absolutely lovely, from the front desk, to the breakfast restaurant. They made great recommendations for dinner identified the in-house rental car for a trip to Astérix park ( only 45 euro for the day!) and always had extra water to share and kind words for our family. As Marriott site members we also hit a half bottle of nice champagne one night which was a great treat. All told-- this place was a treat and the family room option allowed us to house 4 people in one room-- rare for Paris area. As to the location, Ariel is a trendy suburb surrounded by by parks horse racing and golf clubs, but also a nice area to walk around with shops restaurants, etc. it was about 30 minutes (25 euro Uber) to central Paris and same to Versailles... all in all hope we return in happier times and THANK YOU...

Motel with basic rooms. If you are familiar with American Motels you know what this looks like: Two stories, with exterior access to every room, and an exterior stair case to the upper floor. Rooms are small, but come with a desk by the window and two small chairs. Bed is comfortable. A/C works great. It's kind of out of the way. It's a 20 min walk to the train station.

Excellent 20/10. We were travelling with 2 kids and booked for an apartment with 2 double beds room. The aparthotel surprised us by giving 2 adjacent studios with a door between those (which was open). A perfect family stay. Location was a bit far from centre, but there were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores near by. River walk was also excellent in this weather. Kitchen was fully equipped. Although we didn't coom anything, but used big refrigerator and microwave for our 4 weeks. With family, it was good to access Eifel tower and other central landmarks in uber (12 to 15 Euros). For DisneyLand, we took 8 Euro Uber to La Defense metro and then a direct RER A metro to DisneyLand with only 5 Euro adult and 2.5 Euro children single tickets. We realy loved our stay and remembered during the next few days in Brussels, Zurich & Lucerne. Air conditioning was just perfect. 24 hour reception was good. Excellent customer service. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Will surely stay here again sometime.

My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. The room was quite grotty and old with a fusty cigarette smell even with the window open. It made my chest feel tight. The room had mosquitos in and had squashed mosquitos over the wall. In my friends room there was a blood stain on the wall. The bed linen was an off yellow colour instead of white and the pillows were old and lumpy. The floor was dirty and I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. The toilet didn’t flush properly it filled with water but there was not enough power to take the paper away. The shower was hot and powerful however the shower head didn’t sit properly. If you used it pointing towards you it would flood the bathroom floor so you had to hold the shower head or have it pointing towards the wall. The bathroom door was wet at rotten at the bottom where this kept happening. The bath towel provided had a rip in it. I didn’t want to use the fan provided as it was full of dust. I didn’t get a good nights sleep because all I could hear were doors opening and closing and people moving about on the floor above. The soundproofing is not sufficient. Someone knocked on my door and tried to enter at 2.45am and woke me up, which I found a little scary as a woman in a room on my own. The breakfast didn’t provide any cheese like the previous ibis budget I stayed in the night before. Would not return to this hotel unfortunately. Stayed in other ibis budget chains at the same price on my trip which were excellent.
