Ulasan Aparthotel Adagio Access Poitiers

I really like the old lady at the receptionist. We arrived in the morning with our luggage while the check-in time is after 3pm. We called the receptionist to ask about leaving them at the hotel earlier. The lady was very kind, cheerful and helpful on the phone. She even helped us to check in way earlier, at 10am. She is the reason why I instantly thought about writing the review here, which I rarely do. The room exceeded our expectations. We have our separate beds, clean and bright bathroom + toilet, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a stove. All the staff we met at the hotel are really professional with highest degree of caring. Highly recommended!

Hôtel qui ne respecte pas le prix indiqué, en ajoutant en plus de la taxe de séjour des frais supplémentaires (30€ dans notre cas) au prix initial payé en ligne (et il ne s'agissait pas d'un devis mais bien de la facture acquittée à l'avance, contrairement à ce qui a été indiqué à une autre famille). De plus la chaufferie est très (trèsà bruyante, chaque matin entre 07h00 et 08h00 on a l'impression qu'il y a l'alarme d'une voiture qui sonne).

房間沒毛病，服務也無可挑剔。歐洲酒店規定入住時間通常要到下午兩點甚至三點，這一點顯然不如國內酒店靈活，人性化。
