We recommend this hotel as the best in Poland. It was our tenth holiday in this unique place. We spent it in the Grand apartment, which we highly recommend to people who value exceptional luxury. It is a huge apartment, decorated in art deco style, with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and a jacuzzi. All services were provided at the highest level. The dishes served in the restaurant were a real feast. In addition, waiter service is of the highest standard and follows all etiquette rules. The wonderful Manager of waiters makes sure that every guest feels special. The beauty institute is, of course, the best in Poland. Treatments at the highest level. The Institute's staff professionally provided advice on the selection of cosmetics. Reception service also at the highest level. All reception staff are the right people in the right place. Always smiling and trasy to help in every matter. Mrs. Ania for wonderful animations for children which the children are delighted with. Thanks to the lifeguards who are vigilant about the safety of guests, especially Mr. Paweł for professional swimming lessons for our children. The cleaning ladies do their work with great precision. We always come back full of joy and come back well-fed and relaxed.

Everything was great: the hotel, the service, the food, the spa and the location. We really liked the hotel design. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym and a very nice, decent side swimming pool with magnificent view. The spa was outstanding - the way rooms are laid out ensures privacy and the staff was professional and caring. The food in the main restaurant was really tasty and beautifully served. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a luxurious break.

Aesthetic hotel designed in my favourite Art Deco Style. Great cuisine experience from breakfast( fishes from their own smokehouse), through lunch( modern Polish cuisine ex. dumplings with trout and citrus caviar), till dinner( great smoked trout with seafood sauce and yuzu caviar and Halibut with elderflower sauce). Great selection of wines ( could be more Polish wines such as ' Winnica Moderna' or 'Dom Bliskowice). Amazing view from pool for beautiful hotel garden. You can take sunbath and read a book on the terrace near pool or swing in a hammock in the garden. Recommend this place during summer festival of Olga Tokarczuk Foundation 'Góry Literatury'.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel/spa for 3 nights in late June 2022. The service was flawless. The rooms were exceptional. The breakfast/dinners were excellent from first to last. And the facilities were clean, modern, and extensive with a lovely overlook into a forest. And the treatments leave you a different person for the better. The bar, adjacent to the dining room often has live music. The town itself is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel compound. Special thanks to Ms. Julia Gardel who gives a 110% effort to making every guest's stay a most memorable one, and to David who always made sure we got where we would have to go. We would have no hesititation staying there again.

Country Inn & Suites Hotel was terrific. Breakfast A+ Monticello and Montpelier was interesting and very well done- authentic. The Local restaurant is worth a visit. I would also recommend Skyline drive and definitely don’t miss Luray Cave. If possible add Natural Bridge to your trip. We did all this in 5 days.

My friend and I chose this hotel spa for a week-long winter break and it was an excellent choice!!! Everything was great: the hotel itself, the service, the food, the spa and the location. I really liked the hotel design in the character of 20s and 30s of the XXth century. Elegant but not overdone. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The hotel has a small but well-equipped gym and a very nice, decent side swimming pool with magnificent view. Those who like it can enjoy a hot tub and saunas. The spa was outstanding - the way rooms are laid out ensures privacy and the staff was professional and caring. The hotel has two restaurant - the main one, where meals are served and the 'other one' - Decompresja, which I highly recommend for a special night meal with your partner or friends (you need to book place in advance). The food in the main restaurant was really tasty and beautifully served. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have a luxurious break.

This was my second trip. Service is exceptional and high standards. Check in quick and easy, entire place very clean and well kept. Pool and sauna are nice . Food was great (had breakfast and dinner) and service well done- they even politely worked around me not realizing they had food as I was absorbed into kindle. I had excellent hot stone massage (previous visit was facial and different massage)- recommend finding a service to try. Great COVID care as staff cleaning quickly and regularly. They had a small event for kids one evening for holiday, and you could tell kids (and some parent's with wine) were thankful. It's a quick 30-35 min walk from train station (there has been a taxi at station on my trips so far). Area around hotel is enjoyable. Only downside (not fault of hotel or staffs) : some guests were impatient with sauna. the hotel had clear signs one room per sauna and people where in and out trying to get into one, though at the pool they could see when someone left the sauna area. I think maybe posting busy signs or busy times could be helpful. But no fault of the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel (apart from the breakfast) as it exceeded our expectations as they pay close attention to detail in all areas of the hotel from the rooms, spa and landscape etc The rooms are spacious with balconies that give an amazing view of the landscape. The spa is one of my favourites from all my travels which also has amazing views of the landscape. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The breakfast was not up to a five star standard as the buffet was very basic and had a small selection. As for the dishes which could be ordered from the menu, these lacked in imagination and looked as though they were microwaved which I don't think was the case, but it gives an idea of how they looked and tasted.
