Superb. The closest hotel to the sea I've ever been. Wonderful

Last day today and really sad we are leaving. Facilities really good and staff lovely. We loved Virginia in particular who made us feel so welcome. The first day she brought us ice creams, and was so attentive when we needed more drinks and took glasses away when we were done. She was by far the friendliest staff member and made a real effort with us.

Amazing kids club. All staff to engaging and interactive with the kids. Celene, Alicia, belen, tove, Cody and David weee all great. Thank you so much - our kids loved it. Best kids club we’ve been to. Would highly recommend. …………………………………….

It was our first experience at an Iberostar but it didn’t disappoint! This hotel is perfectly located - close enough to the amenities of Alcudia but far enough from the usual chaos of a resort. - great rooms, definitely loved having one overlooking the pool. Had all the amenities you would expect and very comfy rooms with toiletries provided - super clean and very well maintained - great selection of bar areas and food options throughout the resort - staff were brilliant! - good selection of food, was lovely to have the option for breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the sea! - location was around 50 mins transfer from Palma airport - set right on the beach with stunning views on the evening - great facilities with tennis courts, table tennis and indoor (heated swimming pool) as well as couple of outdoor (shame not heated!) pools - pool towels provided - regular buses outside - recommend trips to Alcúdia old town, Artà, Pollença for days out! - big shout out to Jaime the photographer for capturing our special evening! Very enjoyable trip and would highly recommend!

5 night stay in a family room, for 2 adults and one 14 yr old. Plenty of room to spread out. We booked a "pool view" room which was in building 2 and overlooked the side pool. It was nice and quiet in the evening and enjoyable to sit out there and sip a glass of Mallorcan chardonnay we picked up from Alcudia earlier in the day. If you are reading this to get the basic gist of what you get and how this compares to the 4* Iberostar right next door, you are at the right place. The 4* property is 3 stories, and the rooms look much smaller from the outside. It is more dense, there are more people around the pools, and compared to the 5* has a sense of chaos around the pool area during the day. It isn't HORRIBLY overcrowded but when compared to the main pool area and the side pool area of the 5* it is noticeably busier. The two buffet's at the 5* are excellent. You make a reservation for the outdoor buffet to sit and look at the ocean - ideal to get a 7pm reservation and get there a little early to get a seat right at the glass wall for an unobstructed view. The outdoor restaurant has a grill with nice meats but I did notice a fly or two landing on the cheese and a bird nibbling on the bread area. The food was all great, everyone found something to eat here. The indoor buffet has everything and then some. The go-to for breakfast and dinner. No reservations required just show up. Breakfast ends at 1030am and we arrived at 10am every morning with plenty of time to eat our fill. The latte's were a little watery but hey, they did the trick. I do not know how the food situation works at the 4*. I can tell you that, based on the crowd side of both hotels it was a no brainer for us to stay at the 5*. So much room between buildings, only 2 stories each, and far fewer people milling about even at peak time. Go 5* if you can afford it. The workout area is pretty good for a hotel, never crowded. Shared by both hotels. They do not have towels in here so bring a hand towel from your room. There are EuroSpar's every 100M across the road, easy to grab a few things that you may need. like Mosquito spray! (more on that below) Go to the beach before 930am to get a spot under the umbrellas or you will be out of luck. There is a notice on the umbrellas that says you need to rent them for EUR15 a day but we never had anyone come ask us to pay. AT the 5* people were "claiming" their loungers and umbrellas by 930am but even still, we were able to find 4 loungers at 11am and migrate around till we found a nice shady spot. I doubt we would have had such luck at the 4*. The mosquitos are real. You can buy spray at the Spar across the street. They are most noticeable after 5pm. Not horrible by any measure but they are present and you will prob get bit by a handful if you don't use bug spray. Again this was not a huge problem, we all still enjoyed ourselves but we all have a couple of bites from the visit. The shows in the evening were

This hotel really is special, and so are the staff! The staff are all excellent but huge thank you to Pepe and Miguel for making our stay feel special. You are both a credit to the team. The food is excellent, the breakfast buffet is extensive, and the lunch at the beach bar overlooking the beach is stunning. We went all inclusive and upgraded on arrival and are so glad we did. The lunch buffet with the BBQ is amazing. Onto the evening buffet in the Gregal restaurant, the food is excellent quality and not repetitive, the themed nights are also excellent, I particularly enjoyed sushi night and Mexican night. The beach is just stunning and having direct access is so much easier as you can nip to the beach as and when you want. The water is crystal clear and so shallow, so it’s super safe. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Just everything about this place is excellent, yes it’s expansive but worth every penny. I don’t have children, but for those travelling with kids they certainly won’t be bored! There’s so much for them to do. We will be back next year!
