Ulasan Meliá Century Hotel Ponce

I booked a king size bed in a historical room. It was amazing. Gorgeous 20 foot ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom with a sky light privided space and natural lighting . I had a balcony looking onto a hisrorical landmark. Antiques everywhere adorned this quaint hotel. I felt like I was back in time 100 years. The photos on line did not do this hotel justice; here are some of mine. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

When we arrived to check in we were given a room that the bed was so worned out, we couldn't believe this room was assigned to us. My husband went to the lobby and told the receptionist and she placed us in another room that was much better, the bed was comfortable. We cant emphasize enough the need in these days that every rooms need a small refrigerator and a microwave. We appreciated the elegance of your Lobby and the very good service & good meal at the restaurant (B) at the Melia. This place, is a hotel not a motel, treat it like wise. Todo estuvo bastante bien... solo que la reservación era para 4 personas y solo pusieron dos toallas en la habitación, tuve que pedir las que faltaban. No había agua caliente en nuestra habitación y no hubo servicio de limpieza de habitación.... sin embargo, no dudaría en volverme a quedar... mis comentarios es de forma correcriva...

El baño necesita mejoras, alfombras con olor a humedad y deterioradas, la conexión de cable estaba defectuosa, entre otros
