Great location in the business district. The room was a bit small, and breakfast was decent. The price felt fair given the hotel's condition.

Great! Excellent location. The only minor issue was that the drinking water was located outside the room. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine!

We are repeating customer to this hotel. We like the location, food and the staffs are very friendly and attentive to the customer. We like to suggest the management to look into the minor lacking of maintenance on the rooms. Also the amnesties such as towel need to replace. The food are good but a bit too salty. The coffee are so nice...

Generally comfortable. Easy check in and check out when booked with Trip. Cleanliness - generally a bit worn around the edges, and towels provided are at their life's end. Some yellow marks on the towels and covers might feel irksome. Location - is very close to the Flamboyan market, with an Indomaret at its doorstep. Very close to Restoran Gajah Mada, and plenty of dining options nearby. Considered close to one tail end of gajah mada. Service - generally friendly, helpful and smiling. Ordered room service and requested non spicy for nasi goreng, but still came spicy. Breakfast was included. Is basic with good local options + bread, pastry, cereal, beverages. Overall, quite good for a short weekend stay to explore the city. But next trip, a slight push to a hotel at more central Gajah Mada would make it that bit better, especially for bigger group.

Overall it is above average considering the price. The location is quite central. Bathroom cleanliness needs some improvement. There is a multilevel car park beside the hotel which is connected to the hotel by a walkway. Parking is free for hotel guests.

Ok till check out. Btw there is no parking space, so if you bring car you must put in parking space behind hotel, you can claim tickets in the receptionist
