Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Pontresina

I have been to the Chalet Speciale for easter sunday 2023, with my family and friends. We were greeted with a smile and we were amazed by how it is possible to enjoy Italian cuisine made with simple ingredients but presented with creativity. With a short 30min walk suitable for everyone, it is possible to reach the Chalet Speciale from the St Moritz station.

This was our first visit to Pontresina and we chose the Saratz for its reputation, central location, indoor/outdoor pools, ease of access to train and bus transportation, nearby hiking trails. wonderful views to the Roseg glacier from our room, and the half board meal plan. We enjoyed all the hotel had to offer including the small things - in-room beauty products and Nespresso machine for that morning coffee, However, the hotel is large and also caters to guests at the conference center across from the hotel. This means that on occasions the hotel staff are over-stretched taking care of the many guests and meal service is affected - long duration waiting for meal courses. This leads to a less-than-personal feeling for the guest that we find is common place in hotels in alpine settings in Italy and Austria. Our room (bed and sitting area) was comfortable however the bathroom (an old shower tub with plastic non-slip mat) is not up to the standard we would expect in a 4* hotel. We did have a great week of exploring and hiking the local area using the transportation pass that is included in the hotel room rate to get around. Take the Panorama trail from Alp Languard to Muottas Muragl for splendid views of the mountains, glaciers and lakes.

Nach Jahren war ich wieder einmal im ”Chesa Surlej” und insgesamthat sich in dieser Zeit sehr viel zum Positiven verändert, so dass ich meinen Aufenthalt noch mehr genossen habe. Durch die freie Nutzung aller öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und einer Haltestelle direkt am Hotel hat es eine exponierte Lage und man erreicht ohne PKW jeden Wanderort. Super ist das opulente Frühstücks-Buffet, das auch jeden Gast ob Vegetarier oder Veganer zufrieden stellt. Ich habe die Zeit hierfür ausgiebig genutzt und um so gestärkt jede Wanderung zu überstehen. Verschiedene Brotsorten, Käse, Wurst etc. und frischen selbst zupressenden Saft -es fehlte nichts!! Auch habe ich einige Male am Abend gegessen und dabei Schweizer- oder Bündner-Speziältäten gewählt. Die Speisekarte ist nicht groß, aber die Konzentration auf die wenigen Gerichte und Getränke macht sich daher bemerkbar. Alle Gerichte waren ein Augen-und Gaumenschmaus, sehr gut abgeschmeckt und reichlich. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Personal, am Empfang oder im Restaurant immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Mein Zimmer (Westlage) mit Balkon sehr schön und hell, alles sehr sauber und sehr gute Matratze. Bei Benutzung mit zwei Personen könnte es allerdings räumlich etwas eng zwischen den Betten und dem Tisch werden. Das Bad hell gefließt und Bademantel vorhanden, durch das warme Herbstwetter habe ich die Wellness-Einrichtungen aber nicht genutzt. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Urlaub, denn ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Pemandangan tasik yang sangat indah, saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini, saya bangun setiap hari untuk menghadapi Tasik St. Moritz yang sangat romantis. . Pemandangan restoran juga cantik dan sarapan pagi yang banyak. Jangan memesan set hidangan untuk makan malam, ia sangat tidak sedap. . Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik, anda boleh menghubungi atau menghantar e-mel terlebih dahulu untuk meminta pihak hotel menjemput anda di stesen kereta api, yang berdekatan. . Ia percuma, fikirkan dan nilaikan di sini hahaha

A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff. We will come again

Our favourite ”base camp” in Engadin; we come every year at least once for some days of skiing (in the winter) or bikign (in the summer). Very functional and good rooms/studios, really like the option to cook ourselves and overall great value-for-money, especially with the discounted ski tickets (sleep and ski).

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the main shopping streets and restaurants. The center of St Moritz is located considerably higher than the main railway station. Taking a taxi is CHF 25, but an alternative is to take an escalator to the city center. If you exit the station, go left and cross the parking garage to the escalator which will take you the center of St Moritz. After that it is a 5 - 10 minute walk of which half is uphill. The Receptionist at check in was helpful, check in was smooth. The room was a bit outdated and the bed was very soft. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. On the upside: if you book a room on the lakeside, the view is incredible.
