We booked through *******. When we arrived 1 1/2 hours after booking we were told we couldn’t be checked in because the hotel didn’t have the reservation. ******* called the hotel and we had confirmation of the PAID booking. Once again, we were told we couldn’t check in. While we waited numerous guests were being told the same thing. Obviously it was a hotel issue and not a 3rd party booking issue. Fortunately, ******* canceled the reservation and we left for another hotel. This was our 1st and last experience with Glo. I’m not sure what exposure true hotel would have had by letting us check in. They take a credit card at check in so in the event something was wrong they would have had the ability to collect. Horrendous customer service.
