Hotel Port Augusta West dengan Sarapan

Great accommodation - key fob has a room service feature Loved the resort style fan in the lobby and the shell shaped soap dish holders throughout - definitely gave me resort vibes. Unfortunately didn't have time to go for a dip in the swimming pool but will pack the bathers for next time General consensus amongst our business party was 10 out of 10

We stayed in a basic motel room. Internet connection was awful, kept dropping out, so unusable in the end. Tiles in bedroom are a bit slippery. Bathroom was outdated and needed maintenance. The shower screen especially was not hygienic. Bed and mattress were very comfortable and clean.

A large motel with various blocks of rooms with lots of space around them. There was a little bbq area not far from our room. Nice and quiet in regards to traffic which is what we wanted. The room was large and comfortable and suited us well. There is a nice big restaurant on site although we didn't try it - will next time. A short drive to shops etc.

Lower end of the motel line, clean, staff helpful and pleasant, most things worked, needs new power points as one was jammed and wouldn't turn on. Old style window single unit air con was noisy and even though Port Augusta is a hot place was nicer to have it off so I could hear the TV. Rooms are not sound proof as all, someone speaking or laughing in the car park wakes you up. I could deal with the traffic noise but not the tradies having a late night drinking session in the car park. Ah, perhaps I could have drowned them out with the air con. Personally, I would not stay here again as better options, however if you're a tradie and enjoys a late night drink and loud laugh this is the place.

Wasn’t expecting too much for Port Augusta though was pleasantly surprised staying here overnight. A hotel doesn’t have to be 5 star to be enjoyable and comfortable. Sometimes it’s the little things that sets it apart . This is a central hotel on the main highway but there is very little road noise when inside the room. It’s very neat, tidy, and clean. Reception was efficient, helpful and friendly. The pictures online make it look dated. It’s not new, but it has been well maintained. What I noticed was that management have gone above and beyond so many other hotels even up to 5 star level, by implementing small improvements that make a difference. Might not be important to some but I valued the room dimmer light switches and the power points with inbuilt usb charging. So good to be able to turn on a dimmed light at night. Love how the block out curtains, actually close properly. Nice features that are rare. The complimentary continental breakfast was thoughtful. Selections are offered when you check in and can be taken back to your room to enjoy in the morning. Toast and cereal, more than adequate. Huge comfortable bed and nice flowing shower. No restaurant but next door is a good take out and across the road a Foodland. Phoning direct may well get you a better price than booking online. Would definitely stay again.
