Alpine Grand Pool Villa (Upper Unit)

- Self-check-in due to we're HOMESTAY concept (the room key is stored in a small lock box) - NO in-room service like buggy/ trolley/ food service/ baby cot offered as this is a private unit - As we are a private unit, guests are not allowed to use the public swimming pool, indoor parking and buggy service, and the price is only for the room - Any request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subjected to an extra charge After more than 4 guests, (charge for every night) - The EXACT number of the guests must be informed. *Note: Security deposit will be forfeited where the inaccurate number of guests has been informed. - Security deposit will be collected via an app with an e-wallet BEFORE check-in; Security deposit will be returned to the customer fully if the room is in good condition (before 3 pm) - Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages, also if the sheets, bed, and towels are too dirty; It is forbidden to paste or paint decorations on the walls and place any items in the pool. If the pool is dirty and there are items in the pool, the deposit will be deducted. - Cooking, Liquor and smoking are not allowed at this property; Pets are strictly not allowed at the property - Homestay property items are not allowed to be brought back or taken out; Guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment, especially toto blankets. - Guests are advised to pick up a deco package from us for the purpose of room decoration. Once made the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions.
