Hotel berhampiran Jimal Park, Port Douglas

Stayed 5 nights in a lagoon access room, room was nice layout, good space and comfortable furniture. BBQ Deck and then lower private pool deck were nice luxury touches. . Caution ! Step to pool is TOO big for most and no grab rail. The step / ledge is nice to sit/lie on in the water however with poor knees wife had to exit pool near the restaurant/bar and walk back to room. A little annoying, yet worth it (just) for everything else about the location. The Pool noodles around the pool were a simple yet great idea to enjoy floating about. We had one maintenance issue in the room on arrival, as location was fully booked it was managed well at the time and repaired next day with a nice note left by handyperson. Restaurant/bar had happy hour(s) 3 - 5pm and a yummy buffet breakfast $35, Small layout, yet everything you expect. and yes Eggs to order , Fried, Poached. Omelets. Barista coffee extra. Secure parking underneath included. Location is about perfect and a short 5 - 10 min walk from main street or beach.

Very nice boutique hotel, close to the beach (directly opposite) and amenities like restaurants and shopping area. Staff are friendly. Access to washing machine and dryers are a bonus. Hotel guests parked for free, which is another bonus. Great hotel highly recommended.

A nice hotel a little way out of town (25 min walk or 5 mins with a transport service), and a little less to 4 mile beach. They had a decent sized pool and the room was clean and a good size. Friendly staff who were happy to look after bags after checkout so I could go out for the day close to the wildlife habitable

We must be honest our expectations weren't high for our stay at this property. With so many mixed reviews and the lagoons currently going through a rolling renovation program. However, we were only staying for a night to celebrate a close friends 50th birthday so we thought why not give the place a try. Of course, we now wish that our stay had been much, much longer. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed every single team member went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible experience. Friendly, down to earth, professional and completely guest centric. As for our room we had the privilege of being upgraded to a King Large Lagoon Pool Access room. Spacious and beautifully appointed to say the least but the direct access to a private and large lagoon pool was simply sublime. We also had the opportunity to enjoy Feast restaurant twice for breakfast which was perfect for us. It also has a view over many lagoons and numerous palm trees so a very serene way to start each day. Not to mention the massive atrium space that it sits within. Before we headed out to dinner we decided to have drinks at Harrisons restaurant. With a superb atmosphere, wine menu and yes a very experienced and professional team. It was hard to leave for dinner. With a special mention for the amazing Emma. Suffice to say that we will be returning again and for a week next time. Kemudahan hotel adalah sederhana Walaupun kemudahan itu sangat lama, mereka masih mempunyai kolam renang, yang merupakan harga yang berpatutan. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat bar dan kolam renang, jadi sampah tong bir ada di mana-mana, dan orang yang minum alkohol menumpahkan wain di kolam renang...

Everything available to guests at Silkari Lagoons Port Douglas was first class. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly and professional. I had a very relaxing time around the amazing pools. Easy access to the main shopping, cafes and restaurants. Silkari Lagoons Is the place to have a holiday and relax.

訂房的時候沒注意看，還好抵達酒店時間是工作時間，前台告知兩大一小不能住標準間，需要加錢住一室一廳，價格還算公道2晚100刀。一室一廳真的非常好，超大衞生間還有洗衣機和烘乾機，簡單廚房，在超市買了早餐吃了一頓非常豐盛的早餐。整個酒店其實就是一個獨立的社區，裡邊有別墅、單間、和apartment，停車免費，環境非常好，很安靜，度假好去處。

Best vacation ever! My husband and I loved our time at Thala Beach Nature Reserve. Perfect balance between nature and comfort. Quiet well appointed simple cottage surrounded by trees and flowers and birds and lizards. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night was deeply healing. We had wonderful experiences each day learning about the land and it's plant and animal inhabitants. Dave, Rodney and Rose we adore you all and learned so much with you!!! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and made our time relaxing and enjoyable. We walked the trails and beaches and found the views and environments stunning. We enjoyed our meals with gorgeous views at different times of day at the Ospreys nest. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, deck privet. I swam in the pools and at the beach. We really appreciated the little natural history room off the main lobby for learning more about the plants, birds and animals of the land as well as the history of the reserves inception and creation. We spent 5 nights here and wish we could have spent 5 more. Can't wait to come back!!!
