Blues B&B offers beautiful, comfortable and well equipped luxury ensuite rooms. The host is friendly and determined to keep guests happy and comfortable. I am disappointed though in the administration of their online bookings as my prebooked and paid for room was rented out to other guests when I arrived the Friday evening. I am grateful that the non expecting host found a bed for me for Friday night, and that I was able to move into my booked room Saturday morning. This was a stunning room that offered the private breakaway I hoped for.

I must express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this BnB. Despite paying for bed and breakfast in advance, the first morning was without breakfast. Furthermore, our room lacked a toilet seat and had a weak shower stream. Adding insult to injury, the promised wifi was nonexistent. The strangest part was the lights on the nightstand had the plugs stuffed in the bedside tables. No possible way or place to plug them in??? The owner did pitch on the 2nd day but with a poor excuse, the business has gone down as I have another business in another town that has taken my energy. No apology or offer to give a refund for the first nights breakfast. Overall, the BnB's lack of amenities and poor service left me feeling extremely disappointed.

Overally place is neat great service from the ladies could easily communicate with them and get assisted Few alteration would make this place awsome like *cold water in showers *no bulbs in side lamps *pool not clean *no board or sign almost thot we at the wrong place *landscapping for better views n chillspots

False advertisement, they advertised breakfast and dinner for R120, this service is not available. The pool was dirty, it took us a very long while to access the place, we called someone in Cape Town who in tern had to call someone at the premises to open the gate.
