We had an absolutely great Cape Trip with no terrible rooms, all 5star in their own way. But No. 5 and Swartberg Manor were our two best. No. 5 was an awesome! value. It was easily our best room physically in are whole trip. Spacious!, clean, quiet and peaceful. We were put up in the 3 room annex across the street, room number 10, it was huge and well appointment. Crossing the street for breakfast was no big deal, in return we had a house with only 3 quests, total peace and quiet and pool virtually to ourselves. The food was outstanding for dinner, and the breakfast superb! They made hot breakfast 20 min early for us (06:40) to facilitate our daytrip/safari at Addo Elephant. Unbelievable service. Art work is a great touch making this a unique place. Great service all around, but Nick the desk manager who we interacted with the most was superb. Attached some pics of the Annex.

Excellent boutique hotel stay in PE. Staff are constantly striving for excellence and towards guest comfort and satisfaction. Beautiful rooms and finishes. Breakfast could be better but nothing wrong with it. A special mention to Ntsiki who went out of her way to accommodate us with personal attention. Chef Chris was brilliant. Pastas were great. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

The atmosphere at the Paxton hotel was amazing - all the staff was so friendly to me and always smiling. My dinner was also quite good, nothing extraordinary but it was warm and fresh and fast. The ocean view is really lovely and the rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The beautiful consierge even let me stay at the pool after my checkout :)

I had a lovely stay at Radisson Blum Gqeberha. I was greeted with warmth and smiles when I arrived. All the staff members were so genuinely kind and approachable towards me and to other guests. My room was nice, clean and cosy. I felt relaxed. I booked two other rooms for two of my family members. They too were very pleased with the serives the hotel is providing. I am truly grateful for the spa complimentary treatment I received. I will definitely come again. Radisson is my favorite place to stay no doubt. Thank you for your amazing serves!!
