The location of the hotel was so perfect, it was in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. The stuffs were so helpfull and friendly. They helped us immediately, whenever we needed something. The breakfast was so good, the fruits were always fresh. The bed was so comfortable and our room had a nice view of the ocean. If we come to Mauritius ever again, it's for sure that we will stay in that hotel.

Prices of hotels in Mauritius can be high, especially those to the coast. Palms Horel offered a quite good solution in Quatre Bornes: it’s affordable (about 60 EUR a night) and not that far from more touristic places (about 30 min drive to the Capital, Port Louis, or the beaches of Flic en Flac). We were there for a 1-week business meeting. Facilities were very good. And any issues (happened) were very quickly solved by the staff …the staff (all, from the reception desk to the hotel manager) is definitely the key of Palms. Incredibly nice and helpful. The lady managing the meeting room area (and the coffee breaks) is a gem. The man and lady keeping the bar, the ladies in the restaurant and those at the reception were so nice. The Hotel staff was so helpful to accommodate on short notice for our Muslim colleagues who started the fasting of Ramadan during the meeting). And all issues linked to payment supposed to be done in advance (meeting room, 17 bedrooms) were dealt with in full confidence when on site! Thank you for that Ms Manager! We spent eight nights at the Coral Azur. I highly recommend the hotel. Below are the specifics. We arranged transportation to/from the airport with the hotel. We had five adults. The total round-trip cost per person was ~$40 USD. It was efficient and easy. The rides to/from the hotel took just under an hour. All communication with the hotel was efficient. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM. The check-in staff allowed us to eat off the buffet (closed at 10 PM) for no charge. We did not ask to eat or say we were hungry. They just said, “Help yourself.” In all of our travels, this was a first! Check-in was relatively easy. Rooms are standard size with a balcony. I think all rooms have an ocean view, which is a nice perk. Also, one can view the excellent sunsets from the balcony. Our room had a fridge, safe, good shower pressure with hot water, and toilets that flushed without problem. The pool area was nice, with plenty of chairs. The hotel has nightly entertainment. The breakfast buffet was good, with a large selection and everything one would want for breakfast, including mimosas! Breakfast and dinner, if one chooses to eat at the hotel, are in an open-air restaurant. To minimize the impact of birds, the staff provides bread outside of the restaurant. It works reasonably well but not 100%. Be prepared for birds flying around during meals. There are plenty of taxis available outside the hotel. We negotiated service with one taxi driver for the week. They took our family to town for shopping, etc. We also used them for a ride to dinner every evening. The area has several nice restaurants, but very few are within walking distance. It was more cost-effective to eat out than at the hotel. She goes over the top to make everyone feel welcome. In the morning, during breakfast, she visits every table and tries to learn about all the guests. She and I had lunch together. Hearing her story was excellent!

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at this exquisite beach resort. Pravesh and his team are absolutely awesome. Thank you so much for the most memorable stay at your exquisite resort with impeccably clean rooms. Our housekeeping lady was so friendly and cleaned our apar**ent to perfection. Trishna and the beautiful tall lady at reception were just amazing. Thank you for helping us and for being so awesome. We highly recommend Mont Choisy Beach R, and we will definitely be back and won't stay anywhere else but here. Thank you so much Pravesh you run a beautiful property, and you are doing it phenomenally. Also a big thank you to the maintenance team and the gardener who's got the most beautiful garden. My partner and I received outstanding service during our stay at Residence Le Point Choisy in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly exceeded our expectations. Throughout our stay, every member of their staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and cared for. More so I want to extend a special thanks to Yash and Matt for arranging special activities, recommending exquisite dining options and simply attending to our needs with a smile, you both consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that left a lasting impression on us. A new and modern beautiful hotel. Lots to do and some great food to eat. Service needs to improve for a 5 star hotel but the management are very accommodating/addressing any issues raised. The Bissou bar is a standout for me and my wife with unbelievable service by Olivier.
