Poor customer service

A nice clean hotel in Port Moresby with a nice bar and pizza restaurant. Rooms are clean and there is a free airport shuttle that starts at 4.30am. Stayed at other hotels but thus feels a bit more relaxed. Staff friendly and they let me have late check out for free.

Had a party of 11 people (10adults,1toddler) food paid for and made reservations hours earlier. The staff there was super unhelpful regarding our seating, she told us we would inconvenience the other customers. The only other customer there even had to tell her how she could sit us because she was being so difficult. Would not recommend anyone to go there. To pay almost 3k to be given crap service is just unacceptable.

We held a birthday party at the Beachside Bar. The food was great, the venue superb and the service staff were excellent. Would recommend the Beachside Bar for anyone looking to have an event, or just to relax and enjoy the views and a cold drink.

Stayed here before as I was switching hotels from Holiday Inn to here because of client and work location was more convenient. I got one of the smaller rooms and right off, the AC was not working. After a quick call, the maintenance guys showed up and eventually fixed the ac. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade as some of bathroom and room fittings were loose and wonky. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I got the earlier airport shuttle at 5am and it showed up as scheduled. Better views than other places.

Customer Service in the restaurant is downright terrible. I come here because i have Pacific Privilege card. I had to get up & pick up a menu from the front because the waiteresses are suppose busy.i sognalked a waiteress to take my order instead i waited a good 10mins while she was putting napkins on the table. Finally raised my voice and called a d she came over to.take my order

We chose this hotel for its beautiful location, privacy & space. The restaurant looked refurbished & had a really good menu choice. The ease of grabbing a coffee from the adjoining coffee shop was a bonus. Staff were ever so helpful & housekeepers so thorough. Loved the welcome from the security guards at the gate on entry & exit. Unfortunately the bed was a huge let down. Very uncomfortable & in desperate need of replacement, two long singles pushed together with no mattress topper made for an aching body the next morning.

Customer Service ~Very bad customer service experience I'd rather say 0/5 for that . I booked for two nights from the 25.09 to 27.09. I had no issues with my check in as a friend was able to check me in however I find other approach very irritating and unprofessional. Starting off with house keeping, I had to call the reception or speak to their house keeping staff about when they will make my or my families room,2pm and I had to chase them for this. Down at the restaurant, I asked a staff to make me coffee as their brewed jug ran out of coffee. The lady sort of gave a look and said ok,no apology was offered,very unprofessional. She then assisted another customer who was an Asian but he came after me,served him coffee while I was still there, I felted discriminated with my rights as a customer so told her, "I'm still waiting for my coffee and how long does it take to make one?" Again no apology what not and few mins later she served me. I again came to order pizza at the restaurant. I asked if it was possible to be charged to the rooms and I'll sort the bills later when checking out, a lady who was at the till said it was ok and I have to place my order through Enzo which is the pizza place.As I went there, I waited ten minutes to be served and when my turn came, I was referred to the hotel reception. The staff who was referring me was a duty manager and I explained to her I was told it was possible not from the hotel reception but the restaurant and now you are asking me to go back,why all this referrals rather picking up your telephone and calling them,again unprofessional. Asking a staff member to deliver us towels as house keeping was running late to do our rooms, she said yes but never delivered. Facilities,the stairs were run down,bathroom walls were disgustingly black, dish washing liquid was supplied in a 200mls fanta bottle which I had to change this to actual packing. Toilet and laudry facilities in the common area were very dirty and un hygienic,needed cleaning. I disagree with a 4/5 stars rating. I had a terrible experience and came back home with a very bad diarrhoea. I promise to never be there again in the future. My 1 star is only for the airport transfers.

Paid a room for what was advertised online but the beds weren't separated when we requested. As usual only 1 towel was supplied. No sugar n milk in the minibar🙄 Location is close to the beachfront. Rooms are clean but verandah was not use-able because the floor had water everywhere and was dangerous to step out to enjoy some fresh air. Enzo's pizza was ok and the restaurant was nice to have a quick kai.
