My stay at Lamana was soo great.. the house keeping services are soo great, the spa I would give them a 5 star rating… the food was great too.

Gloria Billy and her trainee Regina made our experience here at Cafe Palazzo superb! We starred here then to the Spices Restaurant breakfast buffet, then conpleted back at the cafe, sampled the Berry Cremeux....Mmmmm beautiful indeed, loved it!!! Thank you girls and thank you Lamana Hotel

The Cafe Palazzo makes the best Rainbow smoothie...The smoothie is very unique blend of different tropical fruits...the taste is different and unique and good to have when you just want to refresh and relax yourself on a hot sunny day. Lovely!

Ella, who served us with others were professional and we appreciate the values and the treatment from the staff at the restaurant. Excellent customer service experience. The food was great. I admire the services. Ensure to keep up the good work at Lamana.

The standards have always been the best at Lamana. Quck lunches, with excellent food and service to the highest levels. Impressive and unique venue that caters for a wide range of tastes. Great for business meetings and frequently use Lamana for this.

Best Indian food by Chef Gauri. Definitely a symphony of flavors with the lime and chilies perfectly layered . The extra dimension is when the soft spoken humble chef pleasantly comes out to greet his diners springing more warmth into the ambiance of the Spices Restaurant.

Gloria from Cafe Palazo was very helpful, professional and friendly with her customer service, would love to see her grow in her leadership roles, she is an asset to Lamana Hotel. The buffet was great, worth the money, the brrry cremeux was delicious, thank you for the great experience Lamana

Cafe Palazzo Lamana hotel is a very relaxing and comfortable cafe, love the view and most of all the customer service by Regina and Gloria was great.. I also love the Ginger Tea and Tuna wraps.. My friends enjoyed the Rainbow smoothie, and Chicken tandoori

Enjoyed lunch at Lamana for many years now. Best lunch buffet in Port Moresby. Best prize vers. quality and service in town. Thanks in particular to Molong fuer your friendly and good service over many years. Looking forward to see you in 2025. rgds Long time customer

We had coffee and a sandwich at Palazzo Cafe each day. Our host Gloria looked after us so well and we had some engaging conversations. The smoked salmon amd avocado sandwich was our favourite. The staff at reception and everywhere make you feel at home

Hotel is quite good however drainage in my bathroom was inadequate and tended to flood the floor every shower. Used every towel to control water. Not sure if this is the case in all rooms though. Staff have been wonderful. Was on ground floor yet still felt Safe and secure.
