Great property sitting on the hill overlooking the famous Ela beach and great views to the APEC Building and views to the start of coral sea.

New hotel in Port Moresby. Full of png style，just the traditional photo hangs on the entrance wall of my room makes me feel uncomfortable. Food in the top floor restaurant is quite expensive. It tastes so so.

I always stay at Grand Papua in Port Moresby as the hotel occupies a unique location with sublime views out over the Coral Sea to the south, and across Fairfax Harbour to the north. The staff are very kind, generous & helpful. I’d like to particularly thank Simeon Kia and Koni Kila for assisting me with arranging transport.

Customer service by Waiters and Waitress is amongst the worse in the world. They are unfriendly, ignorant, hard face, and may be stupid. Why stupid? One of them falsely accused me fr not paying my meal bill. She wan not concentrating in her job which resulted in accusing me. The waiters and waitresses are so ignorant. They just walk passed as they want you to call them every time.

My 2 days stay at the Grand Papua hotel in Port Moresby was a memorable one. I enjoyed the interior look of the dining restaurant and Grand bar areas The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful with my queries and any assistance. The food and beverages were also exceptional and wonderful to enjoy. Looking forward to another visit to Grand Papua soon.

The staff are very friendly and provide service with a smile. The food is great, and I’d say their prices on food and beverages are reasonable compared to other renowned hotels in the area. Convenient access is available to the adjoining shopping mall which you don’t want to miss! I’d rate it a 4/5 experience.

With stunning views over the Ela beach, my stay at Grand Papua Hotel was great. The staff at the reception and restaurant were warm and always smiling. The general areas were quite clean and beyond my expectations. Excellent Seafood and Asian food dinner buffet, as well as breakfast buffet. Once the renovation of hotel is completed I think it will be even more spectacular. Thank you for putting all these together for a wonderful stay by guests.
