체크인 시(21시 정도), 직원이 와이파이, 식당위치, 아침 식사시간, 스포츠센터이 위치와 시간 등 다른 호텔에서라면 당연히 안내해줘야하는 것을 안내해주지 않았다. 내가 문의하자 그제서야 안내를 해주면서 룸에 모두 적혀있다고 귀찮은 듯 이야기 했다(룸에는 그런 안내가 없었다.) 힐튼에서 이런 상황이 발생한 것은 무척 실망스럽다. 1쨰날 숙박이후 룸 메이크업 이후, 룸에 물, 물컵, 수건등이 리필이 되지 않았다. 전화해서 받기는 했지만....왜 이런일이 일어나는지. 수영장의 경우 가둬두는 물이라서 어쩔수 없지만 조금 먼지나 나뭇잎 등이 많이 있었다. 동일 도시에서 하야트에 1박을 하고 힐튼에서 3박을 한 일정이라. 하야트의 직원, 서비스, 수영장 등과 너무 비교가 된다. 힐튼의 인지도에 맞는 서비스를 해주었으면 한다. 식사는 5성급 수준은 아니다. 호텔 조식의 꽃은 생과일 쥬스인데.....없는것 같다. 과일도 세가지 종류만 3일 내내 동일하게 나왔다.

The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe. If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life. Specially, the pool is excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for our Anniversary and my wife's birthday. When we entered the compound we felt the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely curteous, the food was delectable and filling, the room was clean and comfortable. We even had the opportunity to have brunch at the 360° restaurant which was a breath taking experience. We will certainly recommend the Raddisons Hotel and we will be coming back. We will like to say a special thanks to Natasha, Maurisa (manager), Karisa, Antonia, Camile, Anna, Kevin at the bar and Omattie Supervisor. Thank you all for making our Special weekend a memorable one.

Always choose it. I'm business travel. The hotel was international standard. Everywhere was clean. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent.

First time staying in Trinidad and choosing to stay at Kapok was the best decision I made. From my initial correspondence/ questions about the hotel, getting to/from, arranging picks up, cost etc. were professionally handled by Margaret- Ann. On arriving, from the Security guard to the Front Desk Agents (Kimberly especially), Food + Beverage Team, Housekeeping, were all very courtesy and willing to help. Wish I had collected everyone's name, but this would be too long of a review. I enjoyed the view from the Tiki Restuarant, also the complimentary breakfast. For picky eaters, there was something for everyone. Also, what I enjoyed about the breakfast, was its taste, presentation, and it was changed daily. The room which I was checked into, was very clean, neat, comfortable, provided all the basic amenity for a quick visit. Everything worked as should. I ate all meals at the Hotel, the food was great, I felt safe, welcomed, and the Hotel was in great condition for the Rate I paid. No complaints EXCEPT that I didn't stay longer. It's my intention to return and stay here with my family. Thanks to the entire team of Kapok for making this stay a great one. Keep up the amazing work.
