Ulasan Grand Hotel & Casino

I stayed here for just 2 nights recently, my stay here was magical. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and frendly. The pool was so nice, a great place to cool off in the hot sun. The harbour views from the room are just breathtaking and some of the best in the world. The waterviews from the restaurant are also amazing. Thank you to everone at The Grand Hotel and ****** for making my stay so enjoyable.

Amazing stay, highly recommend and Trip are excellent

Our check-in was somewhat a bit delayed due to no reservation. The gentleman who served us, Willie, was fantastic. He was able to accommodate us after looking into the booking and requested we discuss the matter with the reservations team the next day. After dealing with my booking agent very early the next morning, we were able to sort the issue out. Apart from the cigarette smell as soon as you enter the hotel lobby and the stench in the lifts, the hotel is perfectly situated in the main town with a couple minutes walk to the ever-bustling market. The room offers splendid views of the waterfront which was absolutely breath taking. I was very impressed with the room especially the cleanliness. If the hotel can somewhat separate the entrance to the hotel and the ****** from the hotel lobby, this will surely lift 'first impression' image of the hotel.

衞生打掃及時，環境也不錯，前台服務好，碼頭很近有點吵，交通便利，海景view很好看，吃飯也很方便，在市區

酒店有游泳池和當地最有名的娛樂場。因為現在夏季氣候炎熱，大堂和房間空調很足，很舒服。酒店保安24小時在大堂門口負責開門迎賓。免費WIFI，速度很快。爆贊! 下次還來～

市中心，交通方便，景色不錯！

位置不錯，樓下有**，衞生稍微差點

酒店位置極佳，就在市區。湖邊上走走，坐遊船出行都很方便。樓下游泳池可以游泳，水也很乾凈，房間內有空調。對面就有中餐館，超市第一次來的話住這裏挺不錯的。對了，樓下就有渡輪呢。服務員也都很熱情❤️

房屋不錯，房間很大

設施齊全，服務態度很滿意👍下次來還選這家酒店

업무 출장으로는 최고의 입지

大體都不錯，就是不要讓酒店叫出租去機場。

商務出行很不錯 離市區很近。
