Hotel está localizado no centro da cidade de Martins, na praça da Igreja Nossa Senhora Imaculada Conceição. Tudo está bem próximo: pizzarias, mercados, farmácias, lojinhas, bistrô, bares, entre outros. O Hotel possui uma ampla aérea verde, ideal para quem procura natureza, tranquilidade e aconchego. A área externa é bem cuidada com muitas plantas e estátuas de animais - as crianças adoram. Tem um salão de jogos mas achei mal cuidado. Desistimos de usar. Aos domingos pela manhã tem uma pequena feira de plantas, doces e artigos de madeira/artesanato. Não recomendo a hospedagem no Quarto Luxo, ele é pequeno. Comprei ele e pedi para alterar para o Luxo Superior. Paguei uma diferença mas compensou a acomodação. Só usei a área de lazer na noite do sábado, quando tomamos uns drinks ao som de música ao vivo com Airton e Silvana. Um casal que canta muito bem e os dois muito simpáticos, tornou nossa noite divertida e animada. O café da manhã é servido em um piso superior, com vista da serra. A variedade é satisfatória. Ponto negativo: saímos no sábado a manhã inteira e quando voltamos o apartamento não havia sido limpo. Ao consultar a recepção fomos informados de que se quisermos a limpeza diária, deveríamos ter agendado. No mais, tudo bem!
