Small room, but we enjoyed our stay since it’s a very good location and we’re only there to sleep.

Friendly staff

The front desk is very friendly and the overall environment is very youthful.

The worst stay with Ctrip, there is a bar below the hotel, there is no service desk, and the bar attendant is the front desk. The business is not proficient, and it took two hours to check in. All kinds of mistakes, I completely relied on Ctrip's small second to coordinate and communicate, and finally resolved it! The room is very small, the bed is very big, there is no table, and the roof is still rough. The only advantage is that the location is good. When checking in, a deposit of 50 US dollars is charged for each room, and the credit card payment has not been refunded for 5 days. There is no parking lot. If you park at the hotel to other places, you will be charged 49 US dollars for 1 night parking.

The location is very good, centrally located, the best shopping in Portland is within one kilometer, very convenient

Rooms have the bare minimum so if you are looking for a safe, clean spot to sleep, this is it. They held my luggage for me after check out which I really appreciated. I’m a woman and traveled alone and felt very safe here, even alone in the gym in the basement. Only thing I did not like, which is not the hotel’s fault, is that there is no corner or convenience store close by. I just wanted some fruit at some point!

The staff was super kind, they let me check in a few hours early which I was grateful for. The decor is definitely a party vibe with a check in counter connected to a bar, so it feels a little more fitting for adults as opposed to families with young kids. The room was compact but very cozy! I had everything I needed for my stay, and they even have closets on every floor with extra amenities for guests. It was relatively quiet for my stay but probably because I stayed on a week day. I would definitely stay here again!

Love the employees... Everyone is so nice and friendly... Stayed here two weeks ago, and new faces, same superb service.

Definitely skews younger and very noisy but they have a white noise machine and ear plugs so I really didn’t notice it aside from during the day. Great service, room, and lobby with food and drinks.

No parking … $59 if you want valet parking per day … no signs or anything on where or how to park … finally found public parking $35 a night … stayed 1 night next morning back window was smashed …for 35 a night no security or cameras or anything …they took couple rain jackets but thankfully we took everything we had into the room… overall location of hotel is ideal … but beware of parking … would not stay here again because of our experience …
