Hotel berhampiran Freguesia De Cedofeita, Porto

E uma excelente acomodação, bem localizado e extremamente limpo, os funcionários são muito educados e muito queridos, o quarto é um pouco pequeno, a acústica também não é boa, se escuta tudo que ta a passar no andar, e também na rua, como fica proximo a estação de Metro o barulho do metro incomoda um bocado mas tirando isso foi muito bom. A melhor parte é o café da manha com boas opções.

This is my second times to be here in Porto I know this hotel is new this year and everything seems very perfect for me, the environment, the service from the reception, the attitude for from all the colleges as it belongs to Marriott group I can confirm the hotel level is satisfactory to the group, but the most critical point for me is the water flow from the tap in the washing basin and also the showerhead. It’s extremely slow and nearly to 0 I had a really bad experience when I took a shower, and also when I would like to wash something from the washing basin  I feel a pity for it I hope next time the hotel can improve it otherwise, I will not take my 3rd time here

포르토여행 3박4일간 피카소방에서 지냈습니다! 일단 조식은 종류는 많지 않지만 알찼고 부대시설은 수영장 야외수영장 사우나 등 한곳씩 다 보여주시고 설명해주셨는데, 저희는 이용하지 못했어요ㅠ 위치는 걸어서 렐루서점이나 전망대, 다리, 등등 갈수있는 위치예요! 방마다 테마가 다르다는 점이 재밌었습니다. 호텔 자체가 디자인적으로 포인트가 맞춰져 있어 사진찍기 좋아요! 업무중인 모든 직원들 다 친절하시고 수트도 멋지고 세련됬어요! 저희는 포르토에 다시 간다면 또 토렐로 가기로했어요! 지내는 동안 감사했습니다!🤗

Nous avons passés deux très bonnes nuits, la literie est de qualité et le petit dej était très bon. Le personnel est à l’écoute. Cependant la douche n’est pas hyper agréable au vu du peu de pression dans celle-ci. La vue sur la grande route n’est pas idéale non plus mais pour deux nuits ça n’était pas un critère pour nous. Nous avions demandé deux verres en rentrant un soir, la commande n’était pas du tout la bonne, certainement à cause de la barrière de la langue. Merci pour ce séjour bien agréable!

Clean and safe hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting in the bathroom was too dark - difficult to shave and hard to shower. Room had no overhead light and was also dark. Our room faced the street which was fairly busy and noisy. Had to keep curtains closed during the day for privacy because clients at the hotel across the street could see into our room. Breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered. Very little choice - jam options poor, coffee poor. Only the sliced cheese was tasty.

The hotel was fantastic, a 5 star hotel with exemplary service, especially from Claude! We were even given a welcome drink! As first time visitors we were given some great tips of how to get around the city and things to do. The final day of the trip was spent using the spa facilities and relaxing at the bar.

Good location, walking distant to a lot of attractions. Room is a bit small but decent. The handwash and shower gel are very nice with honey smell. We made the mistake of walking from Sao Bento station (Google said only 8 minutes walk) it is all the way uphill. If you have big luggage, I would not recommend.

Location was good. HOWEVER, An incident happened during my stay and I felt the incident management and service recovery process was bad. Some pipe in my room burst at around 10pm and a few of my clothes and brand new duffel bag was soiled. I went to the reception to explain the situation immediately. The staff couldn’t move me to a new room as they were fully booked. Was told that I had to wait till the next day when the manager report for work to talk about the matter. They offered free breakfast which I rejected as I was not interested. Did not offer any laundry services regarding my affected clothing and bag and I was expected to wash it on my own? The next day around 430pm, I went to the reception counter to speak to the manager and was told to wait for awhile (not sure for what?). Waited for ~10 minutes and asked what was I waiting for, and was told to wait further and she will speak to us. Shortly after, she explained the situation and offered a free breakfast again which I rejected. I informed her that the stains on my brand new and unused bag were still visible. She then mentioned that I could bring my bag for dry cleaning and they will compensate me if I showed them the receipt. Felt that they should be the one to bring my bag to the dry cleaning services and bring it back to me instead of getting me to go on my own as I’m supposed to be a guest exploring the city while I’m here for vacation? And it was due to the pipe issues which they should have been responsible for? Anyway, I explained that I was going to leave the city the next night and queried if the dry cleaning services would be completed by then to which I understand this is something none of us can guarantee. Hence this option wasn’t that feasible. With that, she offered to refund me for one night stay which I agreed. Thereafter I asked her to locate the nearest dry cleaning services for me and she provided me the address of a self service laundry services near the hotel. I went to wash and dry the bag and went back with the receipts to ask for the compensation but was informed that it is an “either or”option. She said that since I have already accepted the one night refund, I have to pay for the cleaning services myself. I was too tired to argue and my mood was already ruined by the entire incident. Felt so dissatisfied with the entire service recovery process.

Room size acceptable but again like quite some hotel we stay; we don’t like the bath area as water get easily spilled outside to the sanitary area. The reception is very helpful giving us good advise how to move around to the places of interest

Beautiful hotel in a really good location. Service was excellent and the hotel is so new. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I come to Porto. Thanks for the lovely stay!
