Ulasan Porto Royal Bridges Hotel

Location is excellent. It's walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms are relatively small but it's understandable due to its central location. Buffet breakfast is however not too worth mentioning.

good hotel and location. Room was small and abit tight and the layout was awkward. I asked for more coffee capsules and they said they only give upon check in and would cost me €10 for more which didn’t make sense, as I paid for 3 separate nights. Breakfast was good

Everything was as it should be. You get what you pay for. Very friendly reception staff.

Location was convenient and the service staff were helpful and obliging. The room was clean and had a nice modern design. Our stay was a very pleasant one.

I had a very pleasant stay in Porto Royal Bridges Hotel. The hotel is very close to Sao Bento train station, which is the city's centre, you can easily walk to any attractions from there. My hotel room was very new and clean, so 5/5 cleanliness score. The service was good. Although I accidentally booked a twin room, they helped me to convert my room into a double room when I requested it. Also, they provided room service very quickly. There was a coffee machine in my room, which was very great. Also, they provided us with 1L of free water every day. They provide a wide range of amenities, so you should be able to find anything you can expect from a hotel.

在歐洲算是比較不錯的酒店了～很乾凈，也很安靜，前台很熱情，樓下就是帝國鷹麥當勞酒店，裏波爾圖的所有市中心景點都很近，都很方便～

교환학생 6개월 동안 유럽여행 다니면서 본 최고의 호텔이에요 가격 위치 청결 시설 친절도 뭐 하나 빠지는게 없어요 생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 그런가 방도 현대적이고 냉장고 있고 물도 1L짜리 하나 줍니다 어메니티 거품 진짜 잘 나고 냄새도 좋고 호텔 어매니티급이 아니더라고요 수건도 부들부들하고 침대도 포근하고 좋은 냄새 나요 주변에 맥도날드가 예쁘고 케밥집이 맛있어요

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, en plus de ça le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, les locaux et services proposé sont excellent. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel !!

신혼여행 분위기를 즐길 수 있었던 곳! 직원이 모두 친절했고 한국인에게 필수인 호텔슬리퍼가 없는게 당황스러웠지만 요청하니 바로 주셨어요 어색한 영어로 와인오프너 요청드렸을때 잔 필요한지 먼저 물어봐주시는 센스!ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 위치가 관광지 중심이라 돌아다니다 힘들면 잠깐 들어왔다 쉬고 나갈수 있어서 다른 도시보다 여행하기 편했어요 코르크로 장식된 로비도 좋았고 들어오자마자 나는 향은 마음을 편안하게 해줬어요(여행지에서 티격태격하다가도 마음이 편안해져요) 조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 4성 기본 구성은 다 있었고 무엇보다 요리가 맛있었어요 대체 양송이를 어떻게 만들었길래 한국와서도 계속 생각이 날까요 다시 포르투를 방문할 수 있다면 재방문 의사 1000%

酒店的位置很好，靠近主要的景點和火車站。酒店人員服務就比較欠佳 - 訂的是城景房，我們要求更高樓層的房間時，就給我們換到內部客房。當時的價格內部客房比我們訂的城景房便宜。在我們的追問下，員工解釋那兩種房間都是一樣的。整體來説，前台服務就像走流程一樣，很機械化。房間打掃還算可以，但是每天都會少補東西。比較揪心的是房間裏的空調，不能隨意調整。有時還會自動關機。風的流動性很小，幾乎感受不到。窗户也開不了。怕悶的別訂這家。

地理位置很好，到任何景點都很方便，但服務一般，咖啡喝完沒有補充，已通知前台都沒跟進，冷氣晚上都停了，房間很焗很熱，隔音有點差。
