Hotel Porto Moniz dengan Sarapan

Our honeymoon to the beautiful island of Madeira was made that much more beautiful by our stay at the Aqua Natura Madeira Hotel. In this hotel we felt very warmly welcomed from the first second until the check-out. From the clean and luxurious room with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the natural pools, to the great service and the fantastic breakfast and dinner in the two restaurants belonging to the hotel, everything was to our complete satisfaction. We look forward to seeing you again at the hotel.

Saya telah melawat hotel ini sebelum pengubahsuaian baru-baru ini dan ingin mengetahui tentang perubahan ini. Saya sangat terkejut! Saya sangat suka konsep terbuka meja depan, bar, restoran dan hiasannya. Saya menekankan perubahan yang dibuat pada bilik: hiasan, keselesaan dan kemudahan tambahan (teh, kopi, champagne dan bar mini). Saya suka kolam renang yang dibina di atas teres dan kawasan sekitarnya. Sarapan paginya hebat dan saya suka idea menu makan malam. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. tahniah! ! ! 💖

Everything was great: very nice staff at reception, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast, nice bar at the top floor with fair prices and a terrace with great views, the location is great, we got extra towels at check-in for the swimming, there would even be an indoor pool which we did not use (we were only in the natural rock pools - go there early in the morning or late afternoon when the tour groups have left). The warm part of the breakfast (sausages, bacon etc) was not of the best quality, but it did not matter, there were enough nice things to chose from. Maybe a couple of coat hooks in the room would be good and some more sockets.

We never stayed in the hotel, so can't comment on that. However my sisters snd I wanted a coffee. We went upstairs as wanted to be inside, rather than out. We went to the counter and was rudely told to sit down, counter was only for paying. We saw a young guy, who was waiting on tables. We asked him where we could sit, stating quite clearly that we only wanted coffee. We sat where HE TOLD US TO. After around 15 mins an old guy came up with menus, we again stated that we only wanted coffee, not something to eat. He was extremely rude to us. Told us in no uncertain terms to, basically piss off and if we wanted coffee to go downstairs and sit outside. We told our tour guide, who directed us elsewhere, where we were made very welcome.

An unforgettable experience – highly recommended! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast on the rooftop bar. Starting the day with a stunning view and a fantastic selection of food was simply perfect! Another standout feature was the whirlpool, which offered total relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. This hotel is truly a place we would return to anytime. Highly recommended!
