Tempat penginapan hotel sederhana, ada kolam renang dan jakuzi, tetapi saya tidak berguna, jakuzi perlu ditempah (20 minit setiap bilik), lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan Passarela do Álcool-anda boleh berjalan kaki, lebih terpelihara, bunyi tidak mengganggu. Perlu memberi perhatian kepada penyelenggaraan (bilik mandi keluli tahan karat, almari di dalam bilik) tetapi semuanya normal dan bersih. Secara umum, ini adalah hotel yang bagus, sederhana tetapi cekap, dengan perkhidmatan yang baik. Ia adalah satu keseronokan dan mencapai tujuan saya, iaitu untuk mengenal pusat Porto Seguro. Saya hanya tinggal di tempat ini selama satu malam.

Fiquei hospedada no Ramada na semana do meu aniversário e foi uma experiência incrível. Localização excelente, de frente para o mar com cabana na praia com preço bem acessível. Hotel está em reforma mas não atrapalhou em nada. Na verdade nem parece estar em reforma pq o ambiente todo estava extremamente limpo e organizado e sem barulhos que incomodassem em NADA. Todos do hotel super educados, comida do restaurante a melhor que comi na Bahia e com preço com SUPER acessível. Eu nem saia para jantar fora, comia lá e depois ia passear de tão boa que eram as refeições. A equipe que trabalha no restaurante sempre com sorriso no rosto e distribuindo atenção à todos. Tive um problema com um frigobar e foi trocado prontamente. A Gerente comercial Jerusa extremamente amável e disponível para ajudar em tudo, pedi para trocar de quarto pq estava com minha filha pequena que queria MUITO ver a piscina do quarto e ela protamente me ajudou nisso. Só elogios à todos do hotel, especialmente a JERUSA gerente e ao JÚNIOR da recreação. Já visitei varios lugares do nordeste e foi de longe a estadia mais tranquila. Ano passado fiquei no Iberostar all inclusive e confesso que gostei muito mais da minha semana no Ramada justamente pela cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários. Obrigada por tudo e certamente voltarei em breve.

A localização é perfeita, além de estar a uns 100 metros da praia de Taperapuã, dali você consegue pegar vários tipos de condução para ir para outras praias como Arraial, Trancoso, Coroa Vermelha etc. Vários restaurantes incríveis na mesma rua, e mesmo no final de semana, o som das baladas ficava longe, dá pra dormir de boa. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e silencioso, e café da manhã com várias opções. Os funcionários são um show à parte, e se você for, procure conhecer a proprietária Lily, com certeza ela vai melhorar muitíssimo o seu dia!

Ok, I guess there is no point to TripAd unless we are all honest. My reviews are generally positive but if you are going to use this hotel there are somethings I wish I’d read on here before I’d booked. Location as far as beach and bars is good. The pool is good, it’s pretty clean. The service is slow but that seems to be all over Porto Seguro. The big problem here is noise. Our first room was on the left of reception facing a cobbled road which is a short cut to the main beach road, it never stops with trucks and taxis and cars blaring out music. The balcony doors offer no sound insulation, it’s impossible to sleep unless you are completely wasted. So after complaining we were moved to the other side of the hotel, much quieter during the day until Toa Toa, music venue about 1km away gets going then it’s loud music till 6am. In short if you are young and gonna be out partying all night, or you are deaf then this is a good option. If you want a quiet break and any sleep, avoid.

PPengguna TetamuO local é ótimo. Porém o esgoto do hotel estava entupido e demorou 5 dias para resolver... O hotel tem uma péssima internet não pega nos quartos. (A não ser que tenha modem privado do apartamento), caso contrário desista. Meu quarto sem investimento do proprietário. Espelho e louças enferrujadas. Sem utensílios extra, apenas microondas, porta galão de água e geladeira. Mais nada. Box do banheiro e azulejos em péssimo estado. Reforma depende muito do proprietário. O meu não estava em boas condições não, dava pra usar,mas... Tem outros melhores. Comida top. Porém, hoje faço aniversário de casada e estamos em 5 pessoas. Só eu como camarão. Implorei pra copa fazer um prato com camarão pois aqui está chovendo e nada. Nenhuma negociação! Ou eu mato a minha vontade e mato junto meus familiares que são alérgicos ou como outra coisa pois em nenhum lugar de Porto seguro tem porção pra uma pessoa só, achei muito indelicado! 7 dias aqui e ninguém vende porção individual... A sauna só funciona de 16:00 as 19:00. E nem sempre tem um bom cheiro. Tem um plástico de proteção de biquíni e está no chão a 6 dias. Equipe de limpeza nota mil. Porém o meu corredor Jesus. Todos os 5 dias com cheiro de esgoto. Comida que foi pedida no quarto super top mas o café da manhã não recomendo de jeito nenhum.
